Disappointed
disappointed...we had chosen this hotel which claims to be luxury and high standard in order to benefit from the calm and tranquility promised on their website....what was our disappointment when we found ourselves in a swimming pool, a spa and an overcrowded relaxation room, very noisy: impossible to relax, which is a shame since it was the number 1 criterion for our choice. room side, cozy atmosphere, comfortable bedding, however the bathroom leaves to be desired, mold on the walls, dirt.... the breakfast was simply perfect, lots of choice and something for all tastes.

Superbe Hôtel dans Londres
Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel avec ma fille et mon conjoint, et nous vous le commandons à 100%. À côté des transports, idéalement bien placé, hôtel calme et propre et le personnel très accueillant. Chambre non disponible, on m’a offert une chambre de qualité et niveau moindre. Ok ma offert aucun avantage VIP. Présentement je suis dans le lobby à attendre pour une chambre qui viendra je ne sais quand…

Séjour agréable
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de l'établissement. La localisation est idéal pour visiter Londres, avec une station de métro à 2 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Nous pouvons également visiter à pied certains lieux touristiques de Londres. Le personnel est très sympathique et arrangeant notamment pour la gestion des bagages. La chambre est spacieuse et la literie confortable. Le seul bémol est la piscine, située en sous sol elle n'est pas suffisamment aérée et la peinture du plafond s'écaille au dessus de l'eau. Dans la chambre également, des détails sont à revoir (portes de douche de travers, ne se ferment pas complètement, climatisation bruyante).

Personnel attentionné et serviable. Hôtel très bien situé a coté de la station Metro Tower Hill et près du Pont de Londres et la Tour de Londres. Jai moins aimé le manque de rangement dans la salle de bain. Comptoir lavabo petit donc on ne peux rien laisser dessus et aucun crochet au mur ou derrière la porte pour accrocher quoi que ce soit. En général on a bien aimé notre séjour.

Les plus : Très bon placement (au cœur de la ville, à 50 mètres des 2 lignes du métro) Taille de la chambre correcte Petit déjeuner européen relativement riche et bon Staff très sympathique Les éléments négatifs : La température dans la chambre bien inférieure à 18°C, impossible de l’augmenter car le chauffage par la climatisation ne fonctionne pas L’équipement (très) usé : le frigo qui se ferme mal et qui chauffe à l’étage supérieur, la robinetterie qui fonctionne mal, la pression d’eau ridicule (38 minutes pour remplir la baignoire) Très peu de choix dans le bar – restaurant : nous étions obligés de sortir pour diner dans le restaurant en face Bilan : nous sommes déçus : vu les 4 étoiles (et le prix), les défauts nous semblent rédhibitoires. Nous n’y reviendrons pas.

Nous avons connu Grange et là nous avons clairement baissé d'un ton sur le plan du confort et de l'ambiance. Ce qui faisait le charme de Grange a disparu. Le personnel est toutefois très sympathique et à l'écoute. Enfin, m'appeler "Berdeaux" sans ajouter Monsieur c'est un peu "sec" et à l'image de ce qu'est devenu cet hôtel.

Won't come back
Stayed in this hotel for 9 nights while on holiday in London and even though the hotel has got some cons like location and a nice spa, I won't be coming back. The towel in my room was disgusting and full of stains when I arrived. Picture attached. I asked TWICE at the hotel reception for someone to change my towel in the space of two days and no one changed it. The first time I asked straight after seeing the towel on the day of my arrival, the desk clerk behaved very arrogantly towards me and was annoyed that I was asking for my towel to be changed even though I showed him the picture and didn't make a scene! The second day, I asked again, and even though this time the receptionist lady was much nicer, my towel still didn't get changed until day 3 of my stay when the room was cleaned... I am not a "difficult" customer and I am generally quite forgiving, but for a £200/night hotel bearing in mind that there's Covid at the moment, this is unacceptable.

Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war einfach nur wunderbar und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Sehr ruhig gelegen und im Hotel war es auch in der Nacht ruhig. Liegt unmittelbar an einer U-Bahnstation. Auch das Restaurant im Hotel war sehr gut. Die besten Pommes, die wir je gegessen haben und die Burger auch. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wenn wir nochmals nach London kommen, würden wir wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Almost everything was excellent; staff, friendliness, close to the tubes, rooms were very nice, food was great but we were a room next to the elevator and it woke me up too early in the morning (5:00 am) on 4 of the 5 nights we stayed there, when people started their day. The staff was so kind and accommodating, allowed us to leave our bags until later on day of checkout. Greeted by staff at the door and taken to our room where he made sure all was in order. Walking distance to Tower of London, Tower Bridge and very close to sightseeing bus stop. Highly recommend!

Gute Lage, gute öffentliche Anbindungsmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind groß genug, etwas modernisiert, das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmeraussicht ist nicht so prickelnd und daß man kein Fenster öffnen kann. Ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen und die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The staff was exceptional. Feana, I may have name misspelled ,was so kind. Showed us rooms beforehand and ended up upgrading our room at no additional cost. Convenient to tram, felt very safe walking out and about. Cafe and bar restaurant provided great service and food at reasonable prices. Would stay here a 100 times!
