Very comfortable bed and pleasant room. Staff is also very kind and helpful. Best way to get there is the public bus, but it is not clear how you catch that bus from the airport.

I booked this hotel because I read about their comfy beds, and they did not disappoint—they were the comfiest beds of our entire trip. The location was also very convenient since we had an early flight the next morning. While we did encounter a few issues with the staff, such as being placed on the lowest floor despite booking a high floor room and not being informed about needing our room key to operate the lights and air conditioning, these were minor inconveniences. The signage for the room key operation is quite discreet. Despite these hiccups, the overall experience was positive. The convenience of the location and the exceptional comfort of the beds made our stay enjoyable. I would recommend Hyatt Place London Heathrow for anyone needing a comfortable and convenient stay near the airport.

Great location and easy access from lhr. Two tips. Don’t bother with hotel hoppa bus. Useless, late, detour takes forever to get to Hyatt. Opt for U3 London transport bus from lhr. Very frequent, only 3 stops and cheap. For North American travellers you are asked to open a « tab » at check in. You just don’t give your credit card number and expect to get charged on it for everything like in the U.S. Got into some frustrating situations with receptionist sall over the UK over this.

This hotel was great. We started our trip with a different hotel but it was so bad that we left that place and booked this hotel instead and we are so happy we did. We got an accessible room even though we didn’t ask for one and it was huge. The bathroom in this room was bigger than the whole room we had at the original hotel we booked. The location was great with bus stops right in front of the hotel making it easy to get in and out of the city everyday. And finally huge shoutout to the night time desk crew, Masani, Afzal, and Domingos. These guys were amazing with helping when my mom had an accident in the shower coming to help right away and then helping us to arrange additional transport. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I stayed here for two nights and paid less for a week in Portugal. That is a ridiculous price and I wouldn't stay here again. In addition, with that price, breakfast is not included? Although close to the airport, a few minutes by bus, it was amazingly quiet. Had such a good night sleep. Stayed for 2 nights and would definitely stay there again.
