We stayed here this weekend and it is such a beautiful hotel ! The rooms are stunning, the bed and pillows are very comfy. Staff are very welcoming and approachable. Right next to a tub station which is very convenient

Loved Hotel Saint! As a lot of the reviews mention, a real gem of a hotel. On arriving, we met the friendly reception staff who upgraded us as it was my husband’s birthday. The hotel is lovely, modern and clean. The food within the unofficially opened Cardinal bar and restaurant is excellent. The sky bar has stunning views of London and has a fabulous selection of drinks. It’s also a perfect location for access to all areas of London. I loved everything about Hotel saint the but outstanding feature for myself and my husband were the staff. Every single member of staff we encountered over our weekend stay were extremely helpful and friendly. In fact, we have never stayed in such a friendly hotel. Every member of staff has a smile and wants to know more about you and your day. The staff really make this place special. This is now my go to hotel when staying in London. We recommend Hotel Saint with all our hearts and look forward to returning. Don’t loose those smiles Hotel Saint it makes you a very special place x

construction site near by so very noisy during the day, impossible to work. Also A/C very old making noise all night and was told by hotel staff that there is nothing they can do. Also booked this hotel due to roof bar but was not alloyed to go there as there was private party and hotel did not inform about this, disappointed.

The staff was incredibly gracious and accommodating. The room was well appointed and large for London standards. The staff left me a welcome gift in my room and later in my stay left another gift to assure me that they really valued my patronage. Everything was wonderful and I will definitely be back.

Great Hotel Friendly staff Only complaint with no restaurant available We were looking forward to a drink in the roof top bar only to find it inaccessible to guests because of a private party : reception promised access to views etc next day on check out - then we find out bar doesn't open until 4pm very sad 😢 it slight marred our stay .

Hotel Saint is perfectly nestled in the heart of Aldgate. The tube is right next door and there’s a ton of delicious restaurants, cafes, and outdoor markets all within walking distance. Area felt very safe and clean. Will definitely be back!!
