Hôtel idéalement situé près de la gare Victoria, le métro et même la station d’autobus. Le personnel est très accueillant, avenant et souriant. Notre chambre était spacieuse, lit confortable, et incluant toutes les commodités nécessaires en passant par le coffre fort au sèche cheveux au mini bar. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très varié, et à nouveau le service exceptionnel. Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Riu et y retournerions sans hésiter.

Rien à redire tout était très bien. Seul bémol la wifi ne fonctionnait que pour un des membres de la chambre. On nous a expliqué comment faire pour ajouter une personne mais ça n’a pas fonctionné durant tout le séjour. Dommage pour un hôtel de cette classe. Les petits déjeuners étaient très bien, très variés.

Like a posh Travelodge
The hotel is newly refurbished, the design is modern, hotel is clean and service good. However the flooring is a laminate everywhere instead of carpets, it comes across cheap, like a posh Travelodge. Breakfast was disappointing, despite arriving 15 minutes after opening the pastries were stale, pancakes tough, the food did not taste good, except for the yoghurts and fruit. Won’t be staying again.

Excellent experience
Well located in the city centre about 10 mins walk from Buckingham Palace and 1-2 mins walk from Victoria Station. Room was cosy and spacious, nice bathroom and nice view from the window. Staff and receptionists were very kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was included with no extra charges, good variety of food. Overall excellent experience, I highly recommend this hotel!!!

530 euros pour une chambres sans fenetre et SOUTERAINNE, c’est du délire! Bon, j’ai pas fait attention quand j’ai fait la réservation. Mais l’odeur dans le couloir souterraine est immonde! Ça empeste du joint non séchée, de la peinture acrylique. J’ai l’impression que l’hôtel est encore en construction. Faites attention quand vous faites la réservation.

What a gem of a hotel! The decor of the Hotel Riu Plaza London is sleek and elegant yet still somehow feels warm and welcoming. Room was spacious and immaculate as was the lobby. Six elevators meant no waiting. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had in all of my trips to Europe with a vast selection and constant replenishments. The front desk staff were courteous, helpful and efficient. And finally this hotel is only a5 minute walk to Victoria Station for the train, underground and buses. I will definitely stay here again when I return to London!

This is a very nice hotel. Well located for traveling in and out of London by underground or rail. The hotel was spotless. Our only complaints are that the beds are two soft and (as typical of British and European hotels) the bathrooms have no wash cloths, only towels. We stayed there 8 nights and would stay there again on a future trip.

Perfect location for a first time visitor to London. We could walk or take the Tube everywhere. The hotel was new, clean and breakfast had amazing choices. Great service. We also used the train station across the street for the next leg of our trip to Canterbury.

The staff at the hotel are top notch - very attentive and willing to help with whatever situation arose. For us, we had medication that needed to be refrigerated, so when we moved rooms on the second day (we were initially given a handicap accessible room that we did not want or need with a shower that leaked) and when we checked out and needed to store our bags for the day, they were more than happy to make sure our meds were kept in a refrigerator until our departure. There was an issue on the first morning where the entire hotel had no hot water (so no shower!), but the staff were quick to explain the situation, and by the time we returned from our day out, the hot water was back on. Can't fault them for that issue at all. My only complaint would be about giving us a handicap room when we did not ask for one, and not to ask us if that was ok before doing so. I have lower back issues, so getting down to the sink level was not great, thus we asked to move rooms.

Prima hotel midden in centrum van Londen. Schoon en netjes . Vriendelijk personeel. Onhandig dat je in ander gedeelte het ontbijt hebt. Dan moet je aan de andere kant van de straat zijn en oversteken. Bij mooi weer niet zo’n probleem maar alsjeblieft regent niet zo tof.

Excellent proximity to Victoria station ( walk for a few min) for easy transport, whether it be Tube or bus. Easy to get taxis or Uber from there. The hotel’s decor is new, very modern and is bright and airy. Hotel room is comfortable overall. Its inclusion of breakfast is excellent with plenty of food items to choose from Staff was polite snd helpful. Room’s bathroom amenities is bare minimum. To me its adequate, but the white towels were very rough . There isnt power outlet on both sides of the bed so we couldnt both use a CPAP machine at the same time. It is a good choice.
