Très bon hôtel dans un quartier agréable
Très bel hôtel dans un super quartier. C'est un hôtel de taille raisonnable où l'on se sent comme à la maison. le rez comprend la réception, de petits salons en enfilade et un restaurant, le tout très cosy. La chambre était très confortable aussi. Très bon accueil et service, à recommander absolument !

L’emplacement était bien. L’hôtel mérite un rafraîchissement. La chambre si elle était acceptable n’offrait pas le confort espéré (chauffage déficient, salle de bains sans produits, etc). Petit déjeuner dans un sous sol très moyen ! La literie et la tranquillité était par contre très appréciable et le personnel gentil

Hôtel standard qui manque de confort
Un hôtel standard qui manque un peu de confort. Les chambres sont moins belles qu’en photos, et plus petites. Elles sont mal insonorisées (notre première chambre donnait directement sur les gros ventilateurs de l’air climatisé, dans la seconde on entendait la télé du voisin). Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans deux chambres et nous avons dû avoir un chauffage d’appoint bruyant. L’hôtel tente d’imiter les codes de l’hôtellerie Haut de gamme mais n’est pas assez au niveau.

Hotel qui vient d'être rénové. Du coup les prix ont aussi été rénovés. L'hotel est confortable mais je trouve le prix pas en rapport avec la taille des chambres.

Will stay here again and direct coworkers to as well. I travel to London for work with some frequency and this is a great location for my needs, especially due to being right near the baker St tube station. Love all of the fast casual, coffee and sit-down dining nearby. Area felt safe. In better weather I would have taken a run in the park nearby. Hotel was great for a solo business traveler. Clean, updated and modern rooms. Very good shower. Hotel Restaurant was fine and I appreciated that breakfast came out in minutes. 24 hour room service could be handy on future trips. Staff was very helpful and polite. Complementary water bottles,which is a small thing, but I’m always thankful for it while traveling after running around the city.

Great Hotel with amazing breakfast and friendly staff. Design of hotel, lobby and rooms is very nice. Only thing I would recommend to consider are new windows with noise reduction.
