THERE ARE MOUSES INTO THE ROOM BE CAREFUL the room’s prices are too expensive and the quality is really low. The reality is : you pay the location, it’s the only good point. The room are extremely bad maintain. I found a mouse in my room and the staff doesn’t really shock or upset. Maybe because they usually ?? The staff changed me my room and that’s all. And I don’t get any compensation for this. It’s as they don’t care… what a shame IL Y A DES SOURIS DANS LA CHAMBRE SOYEZ ATTENTION les prix des chambres sont trop chers et la qualité est vraiment faible. La réalité est : on paye l’emplacement, c’est le seul bon point. Les chambres sont extrêmement mal entretenues. J'ai trouvé une souris dans ma chambre et le personnel n'est ni vraiment choqué ni contrarié. Peut-être parce qu'ils ont l'habitude ?? Le personnel m’a changé de chambre et c'est tout. Et je ne reçois aucune compensation pour cela. C'est comme s'ils s'en fichaient… C’est dommage

Je suis mal tombée à l'arrivée, un jeune homme qui se prenait pour un manager et qui ne savait que sont rôle était d'applanir les difficultés et non de les créer. IL a refusé les livres que j'avais changé avant le confinement sous prétexte qu'il y avait de nouveaux billets. Donc j'ai perdu 2H pour trouver une banque qui me les change --- puis j'étais énervée et sortant une carte poursavoir ou j'étais : j'ai perdu l'enveloppe - moralite perdu aussi 700£

Je ne vais pas juger l'état de l'hôtel ou autre vu que je n'ai pas pu y aller, mais je vais m'attarder sur le service client. Malheureusement 2 jours avant mon depart avec ma femme, ma fille a attrapé la varicelle et nous n'avons pas pu partir (notre résa était non modifiable non remboursable). J'ai quand même écrit à l'hôtel afin de demander un geste (pas de remboursement) mais si possible de décaler sur d'autres dates (même en basse saison, à n'importe quel moment où ils savent qu'il y a moins de monde). Ils n'ont même pas eu la décence de me répondre.

Alors, par où commencer.. on arrive avec ma fille pour un séjour de 3nuits, assez tard, on nous attribue une chambre, au sous-sol, minuscule et sans fenêtre, pas du tout la catégorie de chambre réservée ! Je l’explique à la réception, on me change de chambre mais aucune de dispo sur le moment, donc on attend ainsi. Si je n’avais rien dit, il m’aurait laissé dans le cagibi !!!!! Honteux ! Ensuite, le reste des 2 nuits, dans une chambre standard, malheureusement niveau propreté à revoir (poils sur le sol dans la salle de bain, tache sur la moquette ..) Et lorsque vous demandez, une compensation pour la première nuit, ils le refusent direct ! Je ne serais pas tendre avec le commentaire de mon séjour ! Cela est dommage pour eux malgré un bon emplacement ! A fuir …

This is a perfectly adequate and reasonably priced hotel, located in an area that is convenient and safe. The Bayswater tube station is a few minute's walk away and the nearby dining options are ample. The room I stayed in was small, somewhat cramped, and unimaginatively furnished, but clean and perfectly serviceable. The desk was situated less than 12 inches away from the foot of the bed, making it impossible to pull the chair out far enough to actually sit in, so if you're planning to get a lot of writing or similar work done in one of these rooms, you should plan to do it on the bed. Overall, this place was a good value for the money and the staff were friendly.

The hotel is overall okay. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. Traveling as a solo female, I felt very safe in the area and the hotel. They’re remodeling the hotel so there’s a loud drilling noise- I guess my only complaint.

We stayed on the 5th for our last night of travel before flying home the next afternoon. The beds were clean and comfortable enough, however, there was an absolute horrid sewer smell in the bathroom for our entire stay. I don’t know if it was from the construction going on, but it was totally off putting. We kept the door closed and the fan on the entire time and every time we had to go in there the stench just hit you right in the face. Totally reminded me of this one hotel we stayed at in Thailand... We checked out as soon as possible and sat at the airport for 5 hours instead with our 6 month old son. I personally would not stay here again.

I don't know if or what I did to offend, upset, or irritate the receptionist checking us in; i got the distinct impression that he didn't like me very much. At first, he gave me a room (M22) that was inaccessible via elevator ("lift" in the UK) requiring to take the stairs with my luggage and not providing any assistance whatsoever. In addition to being forced to take the stairs, the room is located in the far end of the hallway. The room itself was BAD; not only was the room very small barely fitting the bed and miniature desk, the room had a strong chemical smell. (The had a servants quarters vibe) I then went back to the receptionist informing him that i want another room as the current assigned room is unacceptable and unfit to house any guest even if or a short amount of time. He then assigned a different room (529). He then again made me carry my luggage back down the stairs. The newly assigned room, though more accessible, was only just slightly better. The room was just as small but with no smell. There are holes in the wall. I felt so flustered that I checked the room for bedbugs before settling in; no bedbugs, room clean. The room, however was hot. It turned out that the thermostat in the room was not lowering the temperature at all. I found a fan in the room which I assumed was to supplement or counteract the faulty thermostat. The fan itself was also broken; as it would not turn as it's supposed to without being constantly poked. I have video proof!

First of all the area is nice where the location of the hotel is but nothing was said that it’s under construction scaffolds all in the front so the picture that’s on your website is false at 9am they start hammering drilling everything that has under construction second the bathroom are very tinny the toilet it right next to the wall and shower glass also the drain in shower gets filled up quickly so has to turn off shower twice to complete my shower also there is no ac just a fan even if outside it’s 40-50 inside like 80 I complained several times they said no ac in the rooms but that’s a lie they should of change my room the secound day I was there especially since the ac was on in the hallways and they I heard them ask a guest if the air conditioning was working ok ! I would like to get a refund for at least 1/2 back is what I paid because of all the troubles I had even having the shower flood and all the water going to the carpet and smelling like a wet dog for 5 days ! Oh and then also the door rubbed against the carpet and it was so hard to push open it was horrible I did complain on on everything they just said will look into it gave me a bigger fan but never once was I offered to move even though my room was a disaster my room was 438 and everything was wrong there also 1/2 of the outlets did not work and the tea kettle in the room was burnt inside I forgot to tell them ! I gave up the location is great across the street from Kensington Palace ! Under construction

The carpet was very stained to the point that we avoided taking off our shoes in the room. We had two pillows that were on the floor the day we requested for our room to be cleaned. When we returned, all the pillows were back on the bed and it was evident that none of the sheets or pillowcases were changed; there were multiple strands of hair still left on the pillow. When we called the housekeeping to request more pillows, we received four clean pillowcases to change our pillows and confirmed with them that none of the sheets were changed, they only made up the bed. The walls are very thin and you can hear all your neighbors and anyone in the hallway chatting or walking. The lighting in the room was stark and reminded us of a hospital setting. The location was good, it was very close to any transportation we required for our trip.

Dear Emma, Thank you for staying with us. please note that our housekeeping department dose offer cleaning service on daily basis but we only change the linen on every other day and at departure. we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The room was very clean and the bathroom seemed modern. The only downside was that the walls are so thing that you could join your neighbours conversation if you wanted, as you could hear every word or noise made. Same applies to the movies other people were watching
