Lovely spacious spotless accommodation, cannot fault the facilities in the room. Staff very accommodating and pleasant, nothing too much trouble!. Only fault with hotel is, it's a bit way out, not much in the way of entertainment around it. You need a taxi to Liverpool 1 and Liverpool centre costs around £10-12 and also a bit of a walk to Albert Docks. Would stay here again though, very nice Hotel.

Booked a superior double room but got one with a accessibility bathroom which we didn’t book. Spoke to reception and the duty manager who didn’t offer us an alternative room or anything in return, we were offered a downgrade with the right bathroom only to be then told that it was unavailable. Very disappointed with the stay overall and lack of customer hospitality from management.

I booked this hotel at the last minute and found the hotel meet all our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If I was in Liverpool again, I would definitely stay at the Hotel Titanic.

We had a great nights stay at this hotel and for sure will be returning. The place is spotless and the room was one of the best we’ve stayed in. We felt the spa pool and facilities were well worth the extra paid - it didn’t feel busy at all and felt very clean. Our only reason for not giving 5 stars was the mixed level of staff interactions with us. As you do, we had queries whilst we stayed, but some staff at reception didn’t show the level of service expected of such a hotel, often lacking in enthusiasm and misinformation i.e. a lighter breakfast option we said was available at the bar, which when we got downstairs in the morning were told otherwise. Would recommend the hotel, just hope next time we stay that staff interaction is of a better level, such as the man who checked us in (sorry can’t recall his name).

We couldn’t use any of the spa facilities including swimming pool, they said we have to book in advance but I couldn’t even reach them by phone before I arrived to Liverpool and check in. When we check in at 3:00pm which is late already , there was no booking for anything left. So, we spend the rest of our day outside the hotel and then we checked out at 11 next day.

An amazing hotel with enormous, comfortable rooms. Excellent bar and reception. Huge bathroom but only a weak shower over the bath. Unfortunately our room overlooked an industrial area and had the noise of early morning (5.30am) goods being loaded or unloaded (sometimes to the hotel)outside our room. Being at the end of the hotel we had sporadic Wi-Fi. Would definitely stay again but insist on a room overlooking the water and not at the far end of the hotel.

The room was very warm overnight and the A/C didn't seem to make any difference. The A/C unit was also rather noisy.

Our second stay at this hotel and it won’t be our last. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and the rooms are huge. We received a complimentary upgrade which was a lovely surprise.

The property/hotel offer a very unique feel and look. Love the rustic and historic aspect of it. The standout and always memorable part of our stay at the Titanic is the Liverpool team walk. Nothing is comparable. On the areas that need improvement, the staff (not all) at the bar side restaurant need to be more responsive and pay greater attention to customers sitting and waiting for service. The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. The Concierge (Johnathan specifically) was fantastic. Promote him! The lighting is simply not good enough. We appreciate the atmosphere that might be intended, but not being able to see what you are doing or how to get ready is simply a potential reason to consider not staying here.

What a wonderful room, and so spacious! It was almost as big as our house. The staff were really helpful and friendly, too. Highly recommended!

This hotel was fabulous. Lovely rooms, super helpful staff and a great breakfast. Service is super, nothing too much trouble. The only down side is that it is in the middle of an underdeveloped area out of the city.. We relied on Uber to get to and from city centre, but prices for that were reasonable. Hotel itself, highly recommended.

We have stayed here before and really enjoyed ourselves. Unfortunately this time there was an issue with the hot water so could only have a cold shower. Once in the freezing shower realused the shower gel container also empty. The coffee machine also had a faulty water container which emptied out over the drawer unit. The receptionists couldnt have been less interested. Paying over £200 a night room only and no hot shower isnt really good enough.

The hostel failed for location. You have to take a taxi everywhere as there is nothing around the hotel. Even if you wanted to walk, it was not pleasant… very dilapidated areas to walk through. There was a design fault with the shower as there was no door or curtain and as such the floor was flooded after every shower. Extraction fan was not great either. The room was very spacious but insufficient lighting. Was also surprised that there was an additional charge to use the facilities like the thermal room. Will not stay here again.
