Correct et très bien situé
Voyage professionnel, cet hôtel est à 10 min à pieds du centre touristique de Liverpool et proche du quartier rénové des Docks. Le parking est plutôt chère, mais nécessaire pour se garer. L'hôtel est à un prix très abordable par rapport à sa situation géographique.

Chambre payée plus cher que sur place. Cela est inaceptable. Ou est l.interet de passer par votre site?????? De plus, nous logions dans une chambre toute petite dans un prologement de l hotel. On autait dit un pre-fabrique. A chaque pas le sol tramblait. Bref, mecontent de l.hotel

Majority of staff were excellent.Disabled room needs attention and adjusting in some areas. Small rooms but overall glad we stayed.

The Ibis is in a very convenient location if you are looking to explore the Albert Docks area. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Hotel in a good location. But thats were it ends. Room very poor no usb for changing phones room very small two beds pushed together to make one bed and my husband fell down the gap in the bed and when you pay £203.00 for one night stay you would expect a better standard. No bin liner in the bins. Mattress very thin more like a mattress topper. Very disappointed with the quality of the room.

Onsite parking was great for 10 a night, The toilets from other rooms were noisy and the extractor fan in our bathroom didnt work! Cheap n cheerful place to stay in liverpool.

This was a disappointing stay. The room was appalling. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut at all (recorded it). The bed was like sleeping on a park bench. The carpet in the room was dirty. Debris in one place, muddy stains in another and sticky in another place. Would deffo never stay here again.

Excellent location, good value for money, clean, comfortable. Bedroom had everything we needed. Really helpful staff, could store luggage before check in and after check out until we returned to collect it. Easy overnight parking.

The hotel is in a great location with easy and secure parking which was a plus for us. Parking was £10 a night which is a little cheeky but a lot cheaper than any of the surrounding carparks. Reception area was a little cramped and basic but did what it needed to do. Our room was very basic with a mixed of modern and old. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was the biggest down side for us, it was just 2 single beds pushed together with a thin mattress topper on top. The 2 beds kept moving apart leaving a big gap to fall in and the beds were rock hard. Overall we are happy for the low price we paid.

Nice and comfortable for the price
The AC was a bit weird, at 22c it was way too cold, but at 25c it was way too hot. The bathroom floor creaked. Everything else was pretty nice.
