« The Hosts Jude & Karl make you very welcome . I was travelling alone and booked a single room which was compact but just right for me on this trip . Tea & Coffee facilities are provided as well as shower gel , soap and shampoo . You can also park at the property . Breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. The property also has a beautiful little garden at the back which I enjoyed sitting in . Within walking distance to the Town through a lovely park where you will find a number of pubs,bars...

« Petit hôtel style pub Britannique dans un endroit très calme mais pas loin du centre ville de Kings Lynn. Service amical et efficace, tout est propre quoique un peu surannée. Lits correctes et petit déjeuner d'un très bon qualité prix. Petit bar sympa, j'ai pas essayé la nourriture. »

« Avons séjourné dans cette guest house faute de place ailleurs. L'accueil y est aimable mais froid. Nous avons eu droit à une chambre de 10m2. A peine de quoi tourner autour du lit avec lavabo dans le pièce et une douche installée dans les WC séparés. Bref, prix astronomique pour le service. »

« Fantastic hotel, clean, quiet and the spa facilities included were a great touch. Staff were friendly and the options for food was great. We had room service and could chose food from the pub and resturant too. Hotel entrace has no signage though so i got confused which building to go to. We stopped to visit sandringham and castle ridings which was just down the road. »

« This hotel is under new management and no longer uses OYO as a booking agent. When we arrived OYO had not sent through our booking - this was not hotels.com's fault. The new management team kindly allowed us to stay at no extra cost. I have contacted hotels.com regarding this and hope they will make sure that this hotel is given as much help as possible. The team are working hard to make this a great place to stay. »
