« In the listing it says you need to provide ID. There is no way to attach a photo in the inbox feature and no e-mail and the host didn’t reach out regarding the situation until day of. I ended up having to send my id to customer service and have them forward it to her. We had to share a bathroom with another couple and my only complaint is that when I initially asked if we had a private bathroom I was told yes. It may have been a language barrier.
