« This condo was great! A full kitchen with every appliance and dishes anyone would need, we even found food stuff that we forgot, such as olive oil and salt and pepper! The washer and dryer is right there on the balcony and the living room and bedroom is very roomy. Check in and check out was done via phone so you are actually in the condo before you have to worry about it. The Gulf is right across the road and you can call a golf cart for tips or catch a trolley to go anywhere on the island....

« Large condo directly on the beach. Convenient to the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, dining and shopping. The condo and kitchen were very well stocked, with plenty of supplies and small appliances. We really enjoyed our stay! »

« 10 out of 10! Unit was very clean, well stocked with the basics which is very nice as we have rented other units that don’t even have salt and pepper. This unit had all the spices and coffee starters etc. Communication was speedy and clear. The view was just perfect. High enough to not see all the dolphins and stingrays but yet still close enough to see the surf! Definitely recommend this unit. »

« Location was great, I loved the walkway to get to the beach, and restaurants, shopping and the pier are close via the walkway. The place was super clean. My wishes would be a softer bed (all were harder, but bearable), enough warm water in the shower (ran out within 10 min all 3 days we were there), and maybe a list of things recommended to do in the area? Its always nice to hear what the host thinks is fun. We relied on Yelp, and weren't disappointed, but we had to look for specifics. Not sure...

« Liked the view of the sound and sunsets. Condo was good, but some areas show wear and tear. Bathroom mats and bed linens need to be replaced. Rust stains on bathroom floor. Kitchen was adequate but could be better stocked. Chairs in deck box were rusted and unusable. Back door deadbolt didn’t work. No major issues but a little TLC would make a good condo, a great condo. »

« This condo was in a great location & worked well for us and our 2 teens. We loved being on the 3rd floor for the view (thankfully it's not on the 1st floor where the dunes block your view). Kitchen was well stocked with cook ware etc. Beds were comfortable - however furniture in living room could use replacing. Warning: this is a dog- friendly unit BUT dogs are not allowed in beaches across the entire county. Our fur baby was fine just hanging out though. We ran into a couple of issues...
