早朝到着便だったためAM7:00から荷物を預かってもらいAM11:00にアーリーチェックインさせてくださいました!寝不足だったためお昼寝できて助かりました。 部屋はデラックスで広さ等に問題は無し。 エアコンは多少臭うが許容範囲。 しかし、ベッドに無数の蟻が…気にせず寝るが夜中に噛まれて痛い‼︎フロントに相談し部屋を変えてもらう事に。最上階のグレードアップされた部屋に行くも今度は天井埋め込み型のエアコンから一晩中水滴が落ちてくる…それもベッドに落ちてくるものだから寝れやしない。そんなこんなで翌日は寝不足でベトナムの暑さも相まりダウン気味。急遽タイから友人が来る事になり3泊する予定を切り上げ一泊でチェックアウトする事になりました。 とまあ、部屋の様子はこんな感じで日本のビジネスホテル並みのレベルを求めると厳しい感もありますが、スタッフの対応はホスピタリティ含め文句は全くありません!逆に五つ星ホテルよりもフレンドリーで親しみやすい感じがして私は好きです。

ホテル内が工事中の関係か朝からうるさく、エレベーターもごみごみしていた。工事の影響で、日中断水や停電が有り落ち着いて滞在できなかった。清掃の方は、黙って急に部屋に入ってくるので、日中、室内でくつろげなかった。

Very nice hotel with great staff making you feel at home away from home. Very good wifi and excellent breakfast buffet. Centrally located in little Japan close to restaurants and nightlife.It did show a bit of its age and in need of some renovations.

The hotel staffs are young and excellent. WIFI can be better and improved for connection. It seems that the ip address range allocated by their IT department are not long enough causing problem in connecting to WIFI with not enough IP addresses issue on my phone.
