« Comfortable studio apartment above the main residence is located in a typical, residential neighborhood about a fifteen minute walk to the beach. There are no amenities within walking distance. The adorable little town of Haleiwa is a fifteen minute drive and is full of tourist amenities. « This house was perfect for our blended group of adults and kids. The first morning I took my nephews snorkeling we saw sea turtles and they were so excited and a couple days later my niece found a stingray. Watching the sunsets every night while drinking a beer taking a heated outdoor shower was amazing! The kitchen was a great size for our big group for meals. The back covered patio was where we spent a lot of our family time relaxing and hanging out. »

« The house is perfect for a family. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The semi private beach is incredible. we enjoyed it a lot. The beach towels are great, but the rest of the linens could be improved. We had an issue with the hot tub. It was super gross. The maintenance company for the property did not do their job. My husband spent over 2 hours cleaning it so we could use it. The ocean view and sounds of the surf in the winter are what makes this property quite desirable, although please know that the waters are not conducive to swimming in the winter (true for most of the North Shore of Oahu). However, given the premium price charged we were very disappointed with the poor maintenance and supplies. Some of the screens were torn and the screen door to the lanai does not work properly.
