« Apparently shoulder season means everything was closed (resturants, bars, breakfast, not even a vending machine for drinks or snacks were available). When we called front desk they said go across the street for a vending machine or take the bus down town. Seemed more like a prison than a resort. No ac in the room and had to request a box fan from front desk to handle the heat in our room. « Somewhat confusing at first since there is no longer a front desk but an office to check in. Location is excellent and the room big and roomy. A few concerns: the sofa is not very comfortable, the small refrigerator was in an awkward place and difficult to access and the one burner stove didn't heat up very good. »

« Checking awful.we were not registered. I booked a room premium with balcony. Room dark up the ski store rental with no view and no balcony.the worst room in the hotel i guess.when we check out they charged the 2 nights!! Forget the check in team at aspen st regis. »
