« The staff were friendly and it was pretty clean. They had a pretty small fridge in the room that could keep very few things. The bathroom was very tiny. The room was fairly clean. Kept finding long black hairs everywhere. It was really hot in the room even when the air was turned to the lowest setting. « Fantastic stay! Clean and updated. Lovely helpful staff. Right off Main Street but quiet because of the location. Relaxing to sit on the patio and have a glass of wine. Fun to watch the bears from a distance. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you! »

« Right away, staff were very helpful and nice. The grounds of the hotel were well taken of with visible maintenance cleaning up and keeping the place very nice. Parking was easy, free, and clearly marked. Hotel location was very convenient for going into town. Breakfast was good but do wish there was more variety. We stayed for 5 nights and only the fruit of the day changing but did have other options like scrambled eggs, bagels, cereal, yogurt, etc. »

« Our refrigerator had no shelves or racks to hold items and didn’t feel cold enough for leftover food storage. We tried several settings to no avail. We left a night early because we were invaded with ants. It was our last night so instead of packing up to change rooms, we just decided to drive home. We were very disappointed as it was our first time staying there. »

« Lovely stay in a beautiful area with a beautiful city view. Staff was very kind, specifically the bartender with red hair, I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic. I only give 4 stars because the room itself was clearly not maintained well. The coffee pot when we arrived did not work (which they did offer to fix), the door on the dresser covering the fridge was loose so when you would open it to access the fridge, it would drop down a bit and you’d have to lift it to to close it back....

« Great location. We were on the 6th floor. The room could use an update. Toilet did not flush well. Breakfast was good. We were part of a large event so things needed to be replenished sooner which I would expect. »

« All good except the chairs on the room veranda were too big for the space. Could not sit there »

« The location was good. The room only had one sofa, no chairs or desk. The sofa was positioned such that there was no way to sit on it and watch TV. The sofa could not be repositioned. The only way to watch the TV was to sit on the bed. »

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »
