« My husband, bro & sis-n-law stayed here April 23-30. What a fantastic stay! They stayed in upstairs suite since they could control a/c separate from downstairs. Total privacy for all! We are some pretty serious cooks and the kitchen was really perfect. Lots of everything plus stuff left by others. Golf cart was appreciated letting us do lookie-see trips around the island. « This was our first stay at this home, but we are looking forward to future visits! It is well stocked with all the comforts of home, and the spaces and furnishings were fresh, bright, and welcoming. We loved the location, tucked away from the bustle of Tarpon. Property manager was quick to respond to questions and graciously accommodating. We had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend and after 20 years of visiting Fripp, this home has made the list of places that we would love to visit again. »

« You really can't ask for a better location for a vacation home. The golf cart provided gives you ease of access to the beach, golf, fitness center, and much more. There was more than the listing even had on it that were so nice. 4 adult beach cruisers, 1 kids bike, 4 folding chairs for backyard or beach, fire pit, and tree swing. Beth was easy to communicate whenever we had a question and quickly resolved. Would stay here again. »

« Nicest VRBO we have ever booked. Everything you need and more is included. Lush furnishings, pillows, decor, blankets and towels. Loved the included golf cart, bikes, grill and outside fire pit. Beds were a bit firm for us, however we slept well. Tiny kitchen only one adult at a time can fit. Fishing Pier on Fripp island closed. »

« The layout of the house was great for our group of three families of 5 adults and 5 children under the age of 10. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes! Unfortunately, we could not use the beautiful gas grill because the inside was caked with grease. Fantastic proximity to the beach! It's just a very short walk across the street. House was located very close to other Fripp amenities like pools, restaurants, playground, etc. »

« We rented this home over Easter weekend. The home is well maintained and fully stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the location as well. You would never know this is a pet friendly home as it was very clean and well taken care of.
