« This is the second time we have stayed at Sunsuites. The rooms are small but comfortable and very quiet. Although there was a really good band playing at the resort next door, we never heard them in our room. The unit is close to the beach and all the other amenities at Fripp. »

« Nicest VRBO we have ever booked. Everything you need and more is included. Lush furnishings, pillows, decor, blankets and towels. Loved the included golf cart, bikes, grill and outside fire pit. Beds were a bit firm for us, however we slept well. Tiny kitchen only one adult at a time can fit. Fishing Pier on Fripp island closed. »

« We stayed for a week and wished it was longer. The moment you walk up the stairs, see that view of the ocean, and open the doors to the deck, you can’t help but go “ahhhhhh”. The walks on the beach, the deer grazing in the “back yard”, and the sound of the ocean together with a house that just feels warm and welcoming make for a fabulous stay. »

« We had a delightful stay here. The condo was extremely clean and so comfortable! Great location right on the marsh - wonderful view on screened porch with rockers. The condo had everything we needed and had some nice upgrades. We give it 5 stars! »

« This was our first stay at this home, but we are looking forward to future visits! It is well stocked with all the comforts of home, and the spaces and furnishings were fresh, bright, and welcoming. We loved the location, tucked away from the bustle of Tarpon. Property manager was quick to respond to questions and graciously accommodating. We had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend and after 20 years of visiting Fripp, this home has made the list of places that we would love to visit again. »

« This was decent for the price and that’s the reason I would recommend it but it comes with a price: (not what we usually choose as far as type of condo). I had to wash the sheets and comforter when we arrived due to lots of hair on them. This was first floor and the people above us got up by 6am and stomped from front to back of their condo, we could even hear them using the bathroom. Way too noisy. We had a nice view of the marsh and deer that came through then another family started fishing...
