Très bon rapport qualité prix
À 20 mm à pieds du centre de Florence, au calme, refait il y a peu de temps et un personnel excessivement agréable. Ils nous ont très gentiment réservé les restaurants pour les dîners. C’était à chaque fois bien sélectionné. Ils parlent français !

Stayed here for a week to visit my son studying in Florence.. A block from the river in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from the shopping and restaurants.. I have stayed here before and love the location...

So polite receptionist and calm and clean room also the space was bigger than I expected. I really regret and sad I can't eat the breakfast here everything was amazing and perfect! Grazie!

Delightful boutique hotel
Large, comfortable room, impeccable facility, very helpful staff - except for one thing. No one to help with luggage. Not a big thing, just noticeable given how helpful they were with everything else. Convenient parking, if a bit pricey. Lovely location close to the Arno and lots of restaurants, but in a nice quiet neighborhood away from the crowds.

Hotel was very nice. Minimalist decor that I personally like. Personnel courteous and eager to please. Excellent breakfast. Garden pretty but uncomfortable due to mosquitoes. A little far from center, about 20 minute walk. Area a bit isolated. Had to be walked back at night. Also, a little too expensive given the location and the facility.

Our room had 20’ high ceilings, was large and had access to the garden (ground level). Washroom was newly upgraded and very nice.

For the price paid, there should be mentioned on big construction next door and nearby, and dust from nearby digging. Breakfast was real good, staffs are very professional.

The Ariel’s is a beautiful Hotel set in the middle of Florence - easy walking distance to everything. The hotel patio and garden offer a great break to have breakfast it a glass of wine. The rooms are gorgeous and very clean.

Like many updated hotels, guest room design seems to have been focused on aesthetics rather than functionality. There was no place to set our luggage, numerous electronic controls were mysterious and didn't function correctly, (we actually had to act staff to make adjustments so our lights would remain on when we were in the room), there was noplace to set shampoo,etc in the shower and so on. Designers for hotel rooms should be required to use the room before it's made available to guests

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was close enough to all points of interest and easily accessible to all modes of transportation. The customer service was impeccable! The staff are professional, courteous, and kind and as a result of this, I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Should I return to Florence, I will definitely be booking a stay here! Keep up the great work!
