« Clean, thoughtfully appointed, and pleasant. The care put into making visitors comfortable reminded me of B and B's on The Select Registry, which is a resource we often use when we travel and want to splurge on nice accommodations. Things like coffee, cozy places to sit, places to put suitcases and hang towels, and two lovely outdoor spaces for relaxing. The decor was practical, fun, and elegant in a beachy way without being fussy. Highly recommend☺️ »

« Our host were most helpful and attentive during our stay. Every detail mentioned in the listing was accurate. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our two labs enjoyed the large fenced in yard on the occasions when I didn't walk them in the neighborhood. We drove our Airstream van and were offered the opportunity to plug in to keep the fridge cold and batteries charged. I would highly recommend anyone this place. »

« We absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Kokomo Cottage. It was quiet, peaceful and exactly what we needed after a hectic tax season. « I was visiting my son for the holidays and needed a place to stay. This house was perfect. Loved walking around the yard looking at the plants or sitting outside on the covered patio. The house was decorated for Christmas. It was well-stocked for me to cook meals. The host communicates quickly. There is a guest book with recommendations. The host even offered a bottle of wine!
