It is difficult to determine whst was unique but is is very easy to say that the staff provided an A1 service (I refer to all the staff i.e. receptionists,.catering staff and the night watchman).

The check in at the property was super easy and friendly. The room was spacious clean and had a big bathtub, as well as it’s own private enclosed patio. The hotel has its own restaurant and is within walking to other restaurants. I, unfortunately, had a stroke while I was on the property and was taken to a hospital by ambulance. The staff were immediately responsive, friendly and helpful in getting me care and exit out of the hospital via a disability ramp. They worked closely with the paramedics to ensure a smooth exit for my room and the hotel into the ambulance. While I spent the night in the hospital, the staff were very attentive to my wife and her needs while she was at the that evening and the following morning. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when you are in the area, mostly because of the amenities, but also because of the attentive and caring staff.

Stayed here for 2 days as we explored the Cotswold area. We had room 29. Spacious, but had low beams in room so watch your head if your tall. Heat was turned off when we got to room on a cold day. Took 4-5 hours to get room warmed up to comfortably temperature. Had nice meal in their bar and beakfast was good. Friendly staff.

We had a 2 night stay at Three Ways, with our dog Mabel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly. We were appointed a pet friendly room which was excellent, with easy access to the exterior of the hotel for pet needs. Breakfast was really good also. We would definitely stay again if we go back to the Cotswolds area.

Room was spacious, very comfortable bed. Room was clean, but a little bit tired. Dinner was good. Breakfast was diy, but all basics plus hot food was there and plenty of it.

I have stayed here before, so arrived expecting the lovely ambience I felt last time, but I left disappointed. Whilst renovations are taking place some areas are closed. The restaurant was closed with just the small bar area open, this was not particularly a welcoming dinner experience and the kitchen closed early. The menu for bar seating was very expensive and breakfast was on hot plates, with only fried eggs available, which were sat for quite a while. Staff were friendly and the room was lovely, hopefully, after renovating it will be good lovely.

The location is beautiful. The staff were really helpful. Two pubs in the village were both great. The bathroom fixtures were a little dated and walls thin. However, the rooms are very comfortable and have nice views. I would stay again.

Pleasant hotel that has a lift! The quality of breakfast and dinner is good but the bar is a bit miserable.

Dear John, we are so pleased you had a good stay. We do have 2 bars in the hotel, one of which is at the front near reception and is a very modern brasserie so possibly you didn't visit that one. Apologies if you felt our more traditional bar at the rear wasn't great for you, we are refurbishing throughout next year so hopefully you will come back and visit.

Generally a very nice, comfortable hotel though the ‘Spotted Dick Pudding’ decoration of our bedroom was somewhat bizarre! There were minor annoying faults such as bulbs not working in the bathroom sink mirror, together with the overhead spot, so it was somewhat dim in the bathroom and not suitable for having a proper shave. The wall lights over the dressing table also didn’t work. The breakfast was good and plentiful and the two dinners we had were excellent.

Lovely village and hotel
This was a lovely spot. My only suggestions would be more staff at the front in the evening so the bartender doesn’t have to run back and forth (the wait for your room key can be long) and offer Al a carte breakfast as listed on the board to the left in a snug.

Most importantly, my wife stabbed herself when closing the curtains on exposed staples that presumably once held the curtain to the wall. This was quietly mentioned on the first morning but it was not attended to. The room was not clean: the top of the headboard was thick with dust, and there was a dead spider hanging from a dusty web in the bathroom. One of the pillowcases was worn out, split from side to side on one side, and holes on the other side, although unacceptable, this was attended to. For the room only price, this was really poor, I would expect better from a cheep b&b.

Hmm I don’t don’t think I’ll be back.
There was a large gap underneath the door which didn’t keep the room too dark. Had to stuff pillows at the foot of the door. Someone was clearly having a good time above us and making lots of bed squeaking at 1am…. The shower also didn’t drain properly so you just stood in a pool of water. There was also quite a lot of mould on the inside of the shower.

I requested an accessible room and whilst it was on the ground floor the bathroom lacked some handrails. The shower did have quite a lip to it too. That said the room was clean but smelt heavy of new paint, The beds were very comfortable. We dined here and the service plus the food was very good. Breakfast was good too, though to be honest i was expecting table service but i am aware of difficulties in this area of recruitment
