The front staff loudly say your room number, which is a safety concern - typically they should not say the room # at all. I was asked if I wanted housekeeping and I said no, and I came back to my room to find housekeeping in the room. My room could have used a fresh coat of paint (pretty dingy and dinged up). As far as what I enjoyed: Huge room for the value. Great location-conveniently close to the highway but also conveniently close to SO many great restaurants and shopping.

The only thing I didn't like was the thin walls you hear other rooms conversations and the guest upstairs, walk and my room roof shakes a lot.

It wasn't a big property and I liked that. We went during the holidays. Thanksgiving and Christmas. Both visits were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again in the future.

Staff wasn’t very friendly. Acted like we were in their way or an inconvenience any time we had an interaction with them. Room was not swept. My son almost choked on jelly beans he found on the floor from the previous person. We had to call and ask for the elevator to be cleaned because there was food left all over it.

Not enough hot water for more than one shower. Upon check-in asked if we would like housekeeping since we were there for 2 days and we said yes. Never came! Breakfast was extremely limited choices and other patrons were literally touching all the muffins with their hands.... Would not stay here again.

The room was excellent; however the hotel was extremely packed the night we were there and extemely noisy. There was a group of partiers, partying in the hallway until 1:15 in the morning. We woke up to the hallway covered with confetti. The breakfast was very good, better than most hotels we've stayed.

We’ll stay again. Very nice.
We were very satisfied. Everything overall was above average. Very good service. Very clean, net, up-to-date. Decent hot breakfast daily. Housekeeping was fine. Downfalls - missed breakfast waffles … but the new pancake machine was fun. Egg patties for sandwiches were not great. We were asked at check-in regarding housekeeping and said we didn’t need any until we left … partly for protection. They still came in 3 out of the 5 days we were there. The price was excellent and we will likely stay there again.
