This was a great stay! The view was amazing! Was able to walk to small beach and navy pier within minutes. The indoor pool area was nice just a little chilly. Nice workout facility too. Will be back!

This hotel just wasn’t clean enough for me and did not have the proper mattress cover, you’re paying for the area around you the room here imo are old and worn and carpet stained

located right on Laker Michigan, the view was amazing. Only a block walk to get to the lakeshore walking path, and less than a 1 mile to Navy pier, the Art Institute of Chicago. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were good. No coffee makers in rooms which is a bit different but each morning complimemtary coffee was available in the lobby. Really good location for us and we would highly reccommend.

It was okay, but I expected much more from the W Hotel. It’s known for its excellence but it was kinda old looking and the rooms were very lackluster with old bathroom setup and hardly any storage.

It felt like the place has been rundown and the service was subpar. They placed a huge hold on my credit card and it wasn’t removed for a week after I stayed there. I called him to request an update on what’s going on and have been transferred like to three different people homework really helpful. In terms of facility felt super bare. I expected to be much more premium and frankly felt very basic. The room did not even have a refrigerator let alone any minibar or any kind of goodies. It felt more like a cheap motel rather than an upscale establishment. I asked at the reception and they said the mini fridge is upon request and used Covid as an excuse. And Covid was 4 years ago, get with the program…

We really enjoyed out stay! Everything was perfect! We celebrated my husband's 65th Birthday and the staff were amazing!!!! Lois, the Concierge was the BEST! She stayed on top of everything and the staff were very accommodating. The location is PERFECT! We can't say enough about this location, the staff and the city. What a perfect location!!!!! The place was nice and the staff were super nice, but it didn't really feel like a family friendly environment. I think this hotel is setup for couples more than families. The staff though were super nice!

Excellent location for getting to Navy Pier and the lakeshore trail, which was great for me as I enjoy running. The pool was nice, if a little chilly, and even though I didn’t use the gym it looked well equipped. Staff were all very friendly, breakfast was extensive and of a good portion size. The hotel was about a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Chicago. Would definitely stay there again.
