Propre,mais faut pas regarder derrière les meubles ou derrière la télé. Chambre au 2 étage avec des rideaux opaques mais trop court,si bien que les spots du parking de l'autre côté de la rue éclairent correctement la chambre. Sinon Chicago c'est super.

L’état de la chambre était correct, niveau plus que minimal, mais très bas. Par exemple, même pas de lampes de tables de nuit et absence totale d’insonorisation: nous pouvions entendre toutes les conversations de la chambre contiguë, mais surtout, l’impression que les métros (à Chicago, c’est une vieille technologie de métal sur métal) presqu’incessants passaient dans la chambre. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel au prix demandé.

Bien localisé dans le Sud du Loop, l’hôtel est vieillissant et pas très bien entretenu... Compte tenu de la durée de mon séjour, j'ai été upgradé sur un Juior King Size Suite, sympa de leur part. Mais compte tenu du COVID, les chambres ne sont pas faites pendant le séjour des clients, en revanche tout ce dont j'ai eu besoin a été déposé devant ma porte. Mais dormir 10 jours dans les mêmes draps, c'est moyen...

This property needs attention. The room given to me, 1101, had no easy chair for relaxing, just the desk chair. The curtains didn't block out outside night lights. Didn't block out morning daylight either. The coffee maker was located next to the TV set - but there were no electrical outlets nearby. The closet is junky looking with typical closet things piled up on top of a room safe. When I checked in at night, I was assured that the security deposit would be refunded to me in the morning upone check out. At morning checkout I was informed that the refund takes 3 to 5 days. When I asked for a printed copy of my receipt, I was told that the printer was not functioning and my request was denied. (I have no plans to use this facility again.)

Old, dumpy property. Old window AC not adjustable. No thermostat. No access to heat. $250 for downtown is not expensive, but in this case it would be better to stay in a Motel 6 outside of town if you can afford the time for the train ride. This room was not as good. Nice lobby though.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit rough around the edges but serves its purpose. The only issue is the windows are single panes so at night you can hear the trains quite loudly as they pass by every 10 minutes or so. Otherwise was an enjoyable stay.
