Bel emplacement. L’hôtel a besoin d’être rénové. Notre chambre montrait plusieurs signes d’usure. Le ménage n’a pas été fait pendant 2 jours de notre séjour de 5 jours. Le service à la réception et dans le restaurant est assez sommaire et brouillon. Le menu dégustation de la Veille du Nouvel An ne valait pas son prix très élevé et notre serveuse n’était pas là pendant notre repas pour expliquer les plats et les vins. Je serais prêt à recommander cet établissement s’il prenait les mesures qui s’imposent pour améliorer le service et faire les rénovations nécessaires.

Restaurant was under construction, but other common areas could use some attention as well. Scuff marks all over elevator and walls. Property not as nice as it once was and needs some repairs.

Overall a decent hotel. A few things I would note is that (not sure if this is on the website or not but I was unaware until I got there) for every night you stay there, a $150 hold is required. Secondly, a microwave is not provided, throughout our entire stay we needed to go to the lobby to request for our food to be heated up. Parking is provided but cost $75 for 12-24 hours. Other than that, very nice stay.

Very pretty views of the city. Close to shopping and a nice area of Chicago. The staff was great slight delays but they were willing to make up for it. Overall a great hotel and area to stay I’d recommend to anyone.

The hotel's location is excellent, although it lacks parking facilities. It is worth mentioning that the hotel imposes a rather exorbitant fee of $75 for 24 hours of valet parking, which may not be the most convenient option for guests seeking quick access in and out of the premises. On a positive note, the room itself was pleasant and spacious. However, it is imperative that the overpriced snack bar and beverages be reconsidered. While there is a gym within the hotel, there are numerous other options in the vicinity, albeit at a higher cost. The gym facilities seemed rather outdated, and unfortunately, the Peloton bike did not meet my expectations. Regrettably, when I attempted to seek assistance, the attendant appeared too engrossed in their phone to provide any help. On a more positive note, the valet personnel were exceptionally kind and amiable. In conclusion, while the hotel is satisfactory, it is unlikely that I would choose to stay there again.

Hotel charged additional deposit not.listed in their pricing disclosure info page on Expedia. Additionally, hotel has limited dining and bar options as it is under construction. Hotel hallways, elevators, and such have. Weathered appearance. Doors to rooms are beat up and paint chipped and such. Needs more routine maintenance in my opinion especially at this price point. Also, staff could have been a touch friendlier.

Even though the property was under renovations for their F&B offerings, it did not affect in any way shape or form the overall experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, facilities were in great shape even for a property that has age but is very well maintained. Decor was warm, inviting and eclectic. Rooms were of great size with top amenities and furnishings. Would definitely return.
