This hotel would have some assets but...
... the Customer service is disastrous! First day, a few time after my arrival in my room, a man opened the door without any knocking... I was naked... When I related that to the manager, she apologised for the disturburbing from the guy who work as an maintener agent... The day after, I left my room at 6 am and when I arrived at 10pm, my room wasn't cleaned... the manager explained that they have had any problem, without apologize this time... The third day, my neighboors were very noisy overnight and were smoking a lot (despite the annoucement in the lobby : 'no smoking hotel'), that was smelling in my room... When I complained about that, the manager said I shoud have to call the neighbour to ask him to stop... Finally, two days befor leaving, I asked some details about check out and if there were any possibility to stock my luggage for three hours after the checking out... The manager answered that this service would be charged $10 per hour!!! I have to say, there is a confusion about certain information on the website. The shuttle service is free for the arrival and the departure only. The other days (to get the CTA transport at o'hare, it's charged $10 by journey. The hotel isn't very fresh and is noisy enpugh at the roadside. It would be acceptable for the price if the management were efficient and more respectful with clients.

J'ai passe une nuit car j'avais un vol tres tot le matin. La chambre est agreable,le lit tres confortable. Je n'ai pas pu deguster le petit dejeuner. Le seul inconvenient ce que j'ai attendu longtemps la navette d'hotel je ne savais qu'il fallait appeler a mon arrivee a l'aeroport. La distance est seulement de 13mn de l'aeroport. La receptionniste etait sympatique,elle m'a propose de mettre le reveil et de me plannifer pour ma navette qui etait pour 5h du matin.

Chambre non fumeur qui sentait la cigarette! Lit complètement défoncé. Salle du petit déjeuner beaucoup trop petite pour le nombre de chambres de l'hôtel. Pas d'ascenseur pour aller à l'étage avec les valises. Aucune isolation.

The desk computer was very slow. The shuttle van had a broken side door. The TV station numbers were inaccurate, we can find no news channel. The fan in the bathroom was too loud and always ran when the light came on. There was no coffee in the hotel room

Charles,1st let me thank you for staying with us.. We will notify the correct people to address the issues you stated... As far as coffee in rooms, Super8 no longer says we have to have coffee in rooms but we have coffee in lobby and all guests are welcome to it.

I requested someone clean my room or change my room because of fecal matter on the toilet seat, grossness in the sink, and hair in my bed. Second room had fecal matter on the toilet. Third room appeared better. Until I looked closer. Pubic hair on my “clean” towel. Window wouldn’t close all the way or lock, no cold water in the sink, not much hot water in the shower, shower water handle was so gross. Greasy cup marks on the night stand. Holes in the carpet in the halls. Staff that was irritated with my requests. SO NOT STAY HERE!

No help in an emergency situation when needed,Was double booked and tried to cancel this hotels reservation but according to their very “strict”policy they kept the money even though I could not get there since my flight had changed and I had to leave Chicago to Dallas earlier.I did call them but was told it was booked by a third party and they needed to cancel the reservation,not me who’s name it was under.

Bed sagged in middle and squeaked and appeared to be broken under bed. Next room appeared to be having a party for 2 nights in a row. Sounded like people having sex and door slammed about 2;30 am We left without staying our last night I think we lost money for that night. It was a 3rd party booking.

The reception staff, Vicky and Andy were great, very friendly and helpful. They have a great restaurant attached which does all home made meals. On my list as one to return to next time I visit Chicago.

Upon inspection of the room in question WE FOUND NO Bed bugs..we always inspect rooms ...did you come to front desk prior to writiing this? All hotels have the right to inspect rooms that people say is a problem before any guest writes a review...

Airport shuttle
Overall stay was ok, please keep in mind that airport shuttle is free only for check in and check out. If u need to go to airport for anything else they will charge you $ 10 one way.

Yes our airport shuttle is for only arrival & departure If you need to go to the blur line which is the "el" service or subway there will be a extra charge as stated on airport shuttle sheet at the front desk

Todo el personal muy amable y respetuoso, atentos y dispuestos, es lo más rescatable de la propiedad. Buen precio para una emergencia, pero no lo recomendaría para turistas pues está muy retirado de la ciudad. Pocas opciones de transporte, hay que tomar bus y metro para llegar a la parte turística, casi 2 horas. El "desayuno" disponible solo es una jarra de leche, una jarra de jugo, maquina con cereal y una jarra café, si no llegas temprano a las 6am ya no hay nada para las 8am, creo que sería lo único a considerar, pues no cumple ni con un desayuno continental básico.
