I asked for a crib prior our arrival and it was all set in the bedroom when we arrived. They also offered us to add a micro wave to warm up our baby’s food, and that was exactly what we needed. They were super smiley and nice!

Sofitel is our favorite Chicago hotel. Great service, amazing rooms and perfectly placed among our favorite shops and restaurants. The food at Le Bar and the restaurant are excellent. Also, they have the MLB channel, so if you're in town for a Cubs game, you can start your morning with baseball and wind down your night with baseball.

We hardly slept it was so loud and I’m not talking about normal city noises, it’s people shouting at 3am outside with windows that are NOT sound proofed. The room itself was okay but the attention to detail was lacking and certain decor/furniture was clearly worn. I will be going back to Waldorf, a good night’s rest is worth the price.

Very pretty hotel with very lovely weekend. Noted that the bathroom sink had a lot of stain marks (maybe permanent), but was clean over all. Staff was very nice, opening doors into and out of the hotel, opening public transportation doors on arrival as well. Pretty good experience, but not much was included in the stay.

The architecture of the building is so unique, staff is very pleasant. I was disappointed with the new sofa and how the lobby furniture is now. What you had before was more welcoming and inclusive.
