I used to stay here as I come to Schaumburg quite often. Used to have good price/quality balance, now it's not the case anymore. Staff is not friendly, close to zero service or care for the customers compared to other hotels in the same aera it's day a night

Affordable, great staff, easy booking with no hassle. Kitchen items at the ready if you ask, also the room comes stocked with plates, bowls, knives, forks etc. Beats the hell out of any other "Extended Stay" hotels around here... aka Extended Stay America. 😉

Don't come here unless you like taking cold showers. Yep, no hot water. So, of course, I called the front desk, and kept getting the run around, maintenance is coming in 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 15 minutes, etc. Finally get a call, and he tells me that maintenance 'should be here soon' and that the whole building is out of hot water. I waited and waited and waited. Needless to say, I just left. There was no form of compensation. I paid my money, I stayed there, no hot water, and they couldn't care less. This place is a joke.

Everything was nice, including most the staff. Except the strict 28 day policy, in which of needed to stay longer, required an approval from the local Schaumburg Police Department, which is absurd.

Font desk person "JJ" assist me with check in. His attitude seemed off when he made sure I get my license plate or he cannot check me in. I wasn't upset about it considering it may be their policy. Room was decent and seemed ok. Mattress was so old it made noises when I toss and turned. Next morning I had bad ache in neck and back. I called front desk and JJ said he will change room but it will be at 12 pm. I was ok since didn't want to check out, was staying for 6 nights. At 12pm I went down and he showed me another room with same issue. I told him I want to check out as I can't sleep 6 nights on that mattress. He charged me for two nights stating that check out was 12pm and I waited that long to notify him. He had such a bad attitude towards me and has horrible customer service. I will never recommend this hotel. If you have no choice please check room first.

Not a great stay.
The hotel was in general run down. From the lobby to the rooms. We expected an economy stay but didn’t expect the hotel to have such a negative feel to it. In fairness the room and sheets were clean. The two glasses in the room were not and one was cracked. The shower had virtually no pressure. The elevator smelled of marijuana. There are signs everywhere suggested if you need something to ask. We asked for conditioner and guess what, they didn’t have it. Not the employees fault but still. Even the little things, such as the key cards, were scratched and beat up. The bed sagged in the middle and made it difficult to sleep. Overall a fairly negative experience.

I enjoyed the stay. I loved the room. It was spacious and had full sized appliances in the unit. I loved that there was no hold put on the credit card for incidentals. The only complaint was that my room had a slight unpleasant odor it would’ve also been nice if they offered breakfast but for the price, you couldn’t beat it.

The hotel was nice upon arrival and when we first entered the room, it looked like the pictures but maybe 5 years ago. ALL of the furniture was HEAVILY stained and dirty, the air conditioner was leaking in the main space and i didnt know until i stepped into the corner to open the blinds and soaked my fresh pair of socks lolz. Theres no ice maker in the hotel at all but the ice maker in our room in the freezer was broken, the locks on our doors were broken, i decided to warm up my food in the microwave, cake back to the microwave and there were ROACHES climbing up the wall. I was there with my one year old and had to put the spare blanket across the couch because thats how disgusting it was. There were also ZERO face towels

The front desk had one employee checking in all new reservations at check in time as well as answering outside calls, answering in hotel calls and releasing cleaned rooms. Needless to say he was beyond overwhelmed and frustrated, left the front desk multiple times to talk to the manager who sounded like she was just sitting in the back at a desk. Check in took way too long. I went downstairs in the morning to get some coffee. There was one thermos of decaf and a large commercial size coffee pot. I grabbed a cup to get some regular coffee and got about 1/8 a cup of coffee and a bunch of coffee grounds. I was only staying for one night and it was pretty much to sleep and leave so this was not a huge deal for me. If I had booked a longer stay I would have asked for a refund and gone to another hotel.

The cons are that you had to take your towels down and exchange them for new ones every time. Staff didn’t change them for you. They had no breakfast even though it was listed for free breakfast. The downstairs restrooms did not work. We also had to pick up our own toilet paper. The room pull out couch mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on one A/C unit for the whole suite. Wish they had one separate in the room and one for the living room area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Is considered staying again if it was my last resort. The pricing was very reasonable too. Overall, it was an average stay. I would have better service at other places but I would stay again.

The first room I was given had Ants all over. When I asked to be switched to another, the second room had a Mouse/Rat Trap in it. Experience was just overall horrible.
