Parking is super expensive no extra sheets for the double pull out not much around the hotels for bars or restaurants staff was super nice and view was great

Dear Dylan,Your compliments on our staff's service are greatly appreciated. Parking fees vary between 50-75 in the city centre. Restaurants around our hotel usually serve to business headquarters 10-5 pm and closed on Sundays. We suggust to go river north or west loop by car distance 10 minutes.

i had an amazing place. only thing was there was no microwave. but the staff was great and the building. special shout out to the night and overnight staff. i arrived late and they treated me and my girls with the best care!

Everything was clean. Staff were nice and very helpful. I didn’t like that we had to park in a ramp around the corner and pay so much. However I think that’s anywhere in Chicago

The main issues we had was that there wasn't enough coffee pods for our two night stay, and we were missing linens and pillows for the sofa bed. Also, the curtains were a little difficult to open after they had been closed. Otherwise, everyone was very friendly and helpful and our view was amazing!

This property was actually very nice, clean, and modern. I just didn’t appreciate the rudeness we experienced with one of the staff members. I was unaware that there was a “quiet time” stipulation after 10pm upon booking, which should have been reiterated during check in. My family was there for a quick weekend staycation for the start of spring break. Our hotel room was called after 10pm about a noise ordinance that we were violating, stating that our music was too loud & we were getting complaints and if it happen again we’d be escorted off the premises. However, we weren’t playing any music at the time & our girls were only giggling watching a movie. I was told verbatim that my girls couldn’t even laugh. We didn’t appreciate this at all especially because this was suppose to be a “kid friendly” hotel. We were also told that security came up and confirmed that our music was loud and they could hear it from the elevator. I thought protocol was to knock and give a verbal warning if there was a true issue. I’m confused because we weren’t playing music at the time but, we did hear very loud music on our floor from someone else’s room. I just feel like the customer service is not up to par and needs a major adjustment. No. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.
