Everything is in walking distance or via the Train. Train leaves from the airport directly and stops at 5 min from the Hotel. 40 min ride - 5$ us per person. Way better option to take the train than Ubering

I was here for work, so didn't spend much time at the hotel. The room was comfortable, but very sparse and didn't fit with the way the rest of the hotel looked. The lounge was great and really like breakfast at Yolk. It's a great area for walking and going out at night.

Loved the hotel staff but seems pricey for what it is. My group felt very welcomed for our weekend stay. The hotel is located in a prime spot area with walkable restaurants and things to do. The rooms were average, if anything a bit dated. I booked a room with two queen beds, and the beds were not queens. That was disappointing. We went to the bar once and the bartender was really nice. For the cost of the room and the destination fee, we expected more. Ok at best.

Linda at the front desk gets a gold star! Her and the gentleman working the parking in the afternoon. We arrived just as a fire broke out at the property next door. Linda and the gentleman helped us secure our car and get our bags in. She spoke to the police to let them know we were guests and couldn’t move our car. They both went above and beyond to help us in a crazy situation.

Hotel front desk did not pick up. Room services was rude. Housekeeping never came after I had call and ask for the room to be clean. The Bar never got out drinks and staff completely ignored us.

3rd times the charm
I ordered a room with the city view. Everything was going great until I scanned my card onto the door, opened it up and a couple was already in there. I went to the front desk to fix the situation and gave me a new room. Went to scan the door and it wouldn’t open, finally a couple opened the door and to their confusion we also got booked the same room. So I went down to have them correct the mistake. I asked for a deluxe suite but they just put me in a room they had available so I didn’t get my city view that I wanted.

I arranged a booking for a client with ambassador status, but regrettably, the hotel provided no hot water in their room, leading to a highly disappointing experience. I was embarrassed. Actually would appreciate a full refund.

Great location - easy walking distance to wherever you want to go (theater district, Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier). Friendly staff and updated rooms. Bonus: New Year’s fireworks were launched from the bridge just a few steps out the main entry.
