La chambre était très petite et vieillotte. Le lit n'était pas confortable et c'était un double au lieu d'un queen. Ceci dit, la localisation de l'hôtel est tellement PARFAITE que ça nous fait oublier la qualité de la chambre. La plupart des attraits sont à 5-10 minutes de marche. Le métro est à 2 minutes de marche et le canal juste en face avec ses terrasses, restos, croisière, etc. Les employés auxquels nous avant eu à faire ont été très aidants et sympathiques. Demande de service via texto très pratique. Je recommande fortement de payer l'extra pour avoir la vue sur la rivière car c'est à couper le souffle. Elle fait oublier la petitesse et le look passé date de la chambre.

Un des deux asenceurs ne fonctionnait pas se qui causait, par fois de longues attentes Confusion au niveau du stationnement qui portait le même nom et que nous avons dû payer 25.00 $ pour 30 minutes . l Hotel était très bien situé nous pouvions pratiquement tout faire nos visites à pieds , près de plusieurs restaurants

A côté de la rivière et du Loop. Possible de tout faire a pied. Chambre confortable mais pas de nettoyage en raison du COVID.

Accommodations were awesome! We got into town before our check in time. They allowed us to store our bags while went out waiting on our check in time, complimentary, we were also allowed access to their 24 hr coffee/tea/water station and sitting room which was all very nice and well maintained. On our second day it was raining and we completely forgot to bring umbrellas!! Front desk had good quality umbrellas for sale at a very reasonable price!! We could conveniently charge to our room! The water bottle stations on several floors were also a wonderful touch! Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay downtown for a nice weekend get away!

Perfect location walkable distance to everything! Staff were very nice. Only downfall they only have two elevators so sometimes the wait was long. Otherwise great reasonable place to stay!! Definitely would stay there again.

I expected a bit more from this chain of hotels. The hotel is located in a good section and walking distance to everything. The 2 bedroom suites are the way to go. Wished they had a restaurant. No real complaints except no place on site for food.

The staff was amazing ! And it dog friendly for no extra charge. Small room but very convenient for the one night stay we had. Only down side would be the elevator, really only one to use for the side of the hotel we stayed and took a very long time and was always full so had to wait for another one that was available. I eventually took the stairs down and was on the 24th floor. Also no refrigerator available or microwave. But they do have free water and coffee, the second floor was the highlight of it all. Great stay !

Fantastic location. It was great to be able to walk to most places. We liked the printout of suggestions for places to eat. Coffee available in Club Lounge was good, but it would have been nice to have tea and coffee in rooms. Staff were great. Good value for money in a big city. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was amazing, the only issue was the rudeness off the valet manager. The valet team was all polite, and a pleasures to see every morning and evening.

The bed was concave and very uncomfortable. The room was smaller than expected. Maid service only if requested. So if you have a coffee pot in your room don't expect refills unless you specifically call and ask.

The staff is amazing and made our trip enjoyable. The rooms have issues. We were in 3 rooms. First room was 77degrees with the heat off. 2nd room had the worlds hardest bed. 3rd room had a tv that shut off every 20 minutes. Make sure you call ahead if you can’t have feather pillows. Again the staff was great Leo and the other gentleman (didn’t get his name, sorry) really helped us as much as they could.
