« I stayed here while I was in DC for work, and I couldn't ask for a better place. It is walking distance to my office (and to all the best DC sights, if you are there for fun). It's a very comfortable studio with a very clean kitchen and comfortable bed. What else could you ask for? I'll definitely stay here again. »

« Close to metro one direction. The walk to the metro not the best area. But the walk the other direction is great. Wonderful market across the street. Many great restaurants nearby within walking distances. The apartment is very nice. Living are is a bit small for 6 adults but manageable. We had a wonderful visit. »

« The property was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our short trip to VA. I couldnt believe how big the beds and bedrooms were! The only downside was that the reserved parking spot rules arent followed at the building. We had to park on the street. Thankfully it was close and that didnt cause any issues. »

« The flat was beautifully decorated, and all of the necessities plus many extras were provided by our host Laurence. We particularly appreciated the white noise machine, although it was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood anyway, and the Nespresso machine with plenty of pods. « Location location location! This comfortable condo is in our favorite part of Annapolis, Eastport, just across the drawbridge from Main Street, Ego Alley, and the USNA. It is a great destination for walkers (and others - free easy parking). We made use of the kitchen for a couple of dinners. There are also amazing views from the rooftop. Thanks! »

« The condo was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very nice, and we cooked several meals there. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The neighborhood was a little sketchy (wouldn’t walk around at night) but so is most of DC. Overall, we had a great trip »

« This was a great option fo traveling in the DC area with two families. We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, but the folks at Hosteeva were very kind and helpful when I called. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong door codes, and our room was being cleaned when we arrived at 4. The cleaning staff was not expecting us; however, the person cleaning our room was friendly and helpful, and he gave us working door codes. The place could use a deep clean (fridge, baseboards, etc.),...

Bien situé on trouve toutes les commodités à proximité, mais pour les visites à Washington, nous avons prit la voiture et nous nous sommes stationné dans centre commercial pour prendre le métro afin d'éviter la circulation et les problèmes de stationnement dans Washington. Un beau séjour dans cet appartement, mais il manque un peu d'équipement pour faire à manger sur place. »

« The condo was clean, beds comfortable. The only real critique were squeaky doors (pantry was very loud) we never could get the heat/air right but I believe it was operator error. We were very happy with access to everything we wanted to see and do. The owner was very accommodating. »
