« Had a wonderful ladies trip at Villa Renaissance! Location was convenient to shops, food store, and other hotels that had restaurants and casino. Having three bedrooms was perfect for 4 people. Kitchen had all appliances necessary to make all meals. »

« Property was great. We had a great time, loved having a kitchen and a washer dryer. Bed was comfy. Location was great loved being next to the pool and spa. We also loved that we could walk to the Mango reef restaurant they had amazing lobster. We brought a lot of our own food in our suitcase as the food is expensive. »

It had everything we needed and what we didn't have Tyler was sure to assist and try his best to accommodate. There were places to eat within walking distance with Somewhere onsite, it was average. « The property itself is great, the condo fabulous and comfortable with all the amenities you can wish for. Do not enjoy the construction going on next door or the new resort going in but it is what it is. What we didn't like this visit was the clientele on the beach. Because the property is located next to a public beach access you never know what you're gonna get. « this was our 3rd year in villa 308. the location of the property is perfect, you can walk anywhere you need to go (restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc). the pool is never over crowded and the beach is lovely. villa renaissance doesn’t have all the frills of the fancy hotels it’s surrounded by but it’s perfect for families or those looking for a more simple getaway. »

« The resort is well located in a secluded area which we LOVE! There are so many conches when you walk toward the Northwest Point. The water is not as nice as Grace Bay beach but the kids still enjoyed it. The pool is well maintained with floaters available. The condo was well equipped except that it was missing the extra sheets for the sofa bed. We called the manager using whatsapp and she rushed over to give us some. She was very responsive. »

« My husband and I had our three young adults along with partners for a total of seven. The pool and yard are awesome. Sapodilla beach is so close and beautiful. Even Las Barisas was fantastic and if we had more time we would have taken advantage of their platoon boat cruise in the Chalk Sound! We did quite a few excursions; jet skiing, horseback riding, snorkel tour, sunset cruise, fishing charter Plus we did day passes - once at Club Med (great deal) plus a flight to South Caicos with Sailrock...
