Charleston is a friendly and polite city and everyone we encountered at the hotel was very professional but also warm and friendly. True Charleston hospitality. The restaurant is superb and the spa is great. »

« loved it for most of it... only small detail... no rooftop pool ;)) the general feel is splendid... very Mad Men... the location is ideal and thanks to the great Concierge service we enjoyed walking distance dining that was really a joy... perhaps the room service could be improved (the breakfast in room is far too expensive...) but the quality of the food in this hotel is very serious! well done to the Chef... even our last minute snack before we took our flight was lovely: try that home made...

« Perfect walkable spot in the heart of Charleston! Loved the art museum experience within our own hotel, including an artist's ongoing oil painting that we would walk by every day near the lobby. Breakfast isn't super hearty but a muffin and a piece of fruit to get you going for the day. The staff is attentive and we loved the evening cookie delivery! »
