Juste deux petits détails, la propreté serait à améliorer ainsi que les ustensiles de cuisine, nous avons du acheter nos propres poêles ! Une photo également n’explique pas que la machine à laver et le sèche linge sont dans une chambre (pas pratique à cause du bruit) . Enfin, la piscine mériterait d’être couverte afin d’éviter d’être sale au moindre coup de vent. »

« Perfect little house close to the beach and to shops on the A1A. Wife said we need a place just like that for our escapes. Absolutely turn key, just needed some groceries and we were all set for the week. Cindy (host) communicated all the instructions, etc., early on and followed up just prior to the stay. Close to the action so you can experience the launches from the Cape or KSC. The 1:33AM launch of the spaceX Falcon 9 shook the house! And the sonic boom when the first stage returned...

« We had everything we needed for a nice stay. Kitchen was equipped well, plenty of beach stuff available. It would have been nice to have a bike pump since the bike had 2 flats, but not a big deal! Screened in porch was a great bonus space. Location was far enough from busy streets and close enough for a walk to the beach. Gate to the backyard was stuck shut. »

« Had a great stay! The first thing that hit us when we walked in was "Wow! This place is CLEAN!". Yes...I know that's the expectation, but we were impressed. The house is nestled in a neighborhood that is walking distance to the beach. By shear luck, we managed to be in town for three launches from the Kennedy Space Center. Cocoa Beach area is a touristy but not too touristy. Host was very responsive to any questions or issues and made sure our stay was memorable! If we're back in the Cocoa...
