It’s a pleasant walk to the hotel and shops for dinner and drinks. Yes the beach is just a walk across the street for a beautiful sunrise. We will be back next year! »

We’ll equipped with plenty of room to invite friends for a visit. We actually have the same unit reserved for the months of October and November. Can’t wait to go back to the island. »

« The home is beautifully decorated with plenty of comfortable furniture to fit our large family. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed us to cook for a large group. The back yard is amazing. We love to entertain outdoors and we used the exterior area and pool as much as the interior. Everyone felt like we were at a beautiful resort. Walking distance to shops and eateries. Fabulous. « Loved the condo! Rented a golf cart from ewheels for 6 days and kids loved it. That was their favorite thing to do, exploring the area. Condo was well stocked. Need to bring beach chairs, or you can rent them. »

« The condo is located on the south end of the island therefore it is quiet, little traffic and we had the beach basically to ourselves. The timing was perfect if you are looking for a relaxing time without the hassle of crowds. »

« We had a wonderful week on Amelia Island. The condo was well equipped for six adults. We enjoyed the beach (rented daily chairs and umbrellas set up by Sunsetters), the 5th floor patio was a perfect spot for happy hour and tennis and portable net for pickleball was within a 5 minute walk. We highly recommend! »

« We loved the accommodation, our only complaint was a distinct smell of someone having smoked in the room. We are ex smokers so I told management we were OK with it, but wanted to make them aware we weren’t the culprits, and not to charge us the $250 fine for smoking, but now I’m home I realize our clothes smell of smoke. Other than that minor problem it was a perfect little getaway place »
