Hotel très bien situé pour les connections aéroport-autres villes, car près de la gare routière et du centre ville. Silencieux, confortable et petit déjeuner buffet très complet et savoureux.

Bon hôtel.
Cet hôtel est relativement bien situé et facile d'accès. Il est bien entretenu, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Cependant, le petit déjeuner termine à 9h30 et le personnel ne tarde pas de retirer la nourriture à l'heure précise, malgré que beaucoup de monde continuait à arriver pour manger. 9h30, c'est trop tôt franchement...

Excellent !
Excellent .... new modern hotel, great rooms, excellent service, across the road from the shops. There are only two little things wrong .... the breakfast is great with a lot of choix (hot and cold) but the orange juice for breakfast is horrible !!! (the other juices are fine !) and the parking is a little expensive (maybe the hotel sho negociate a GOOD price with NCP !)

Hôtel au coeur du centre de Bristol et à côté de la gare des transports en commun (moins de 5' à pied), excellent petit déjeuner anglaiscontinental ( abondant et variè), attention si vous devez partir avant l' heure de celui-ci ne commandez pas votre petit déjeuner ( très cher pour le contenu alors que l' on nous avait assuré qu'il n y aurait pas de problèmes...) Stayed on the 7th floor. Lovely modern clean room with a good size balcony. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Food was great. Fabulous hotel with onsite parking in the city centre.

The staff really made this stay! Everyone was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. I've never seen anything like it in the UK before! The hotel itself is very clean, breakfast is fab, bar had numerpus options and also great service. Really couldnt fault it and would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very disappointing. Had to change rooms, still not much improvement. I adequately cleaned, shabby fittings and sofa bed. However service was professional and friendly, and breakfast was excellent.
