« This was the cleanest most well designed cabin I have ever been in. It has all the perks while being spacious and roomy. I wish we had more time to stay but we had a family emergency and were in late and out early. Loved the decor. The deer greated us coming in the drive, one designated himself Chief of Security as he watched us unload, his ears twitching this way and that. He was funny. »

« This is quite the place, a log cabin right on the bank of the Ohio River. This property is off the “beaten path” and very remote. The rental is very rustic looking, yet has all the amenities we could ask for; WiFi, air conditioning, stove, dishwasher, and comfortable furniture. It is truly a gem. My only thought is that the WiFi didn’t connect well in the “far reaches” of the master bedroom. « This cabin was exactly what we needed. We came to the area for archery championships, but wanted something to get away and detach from the world. This cabin doesn’t have the best reception but other than that was amazing! The kitchen is small, but was perfect cause that means I didn’t have to be in the kitchen helping! If you are looking for a relaxing getaway! This is the place! 5 stars, would recommend! »

« The place was exactly as described. The area was decent with no issues. With that being said, there was a swarm of wood bees that should probably be removed from that area. They don’t bother us, however, if you aren’t familiar with them, you would have been freaked out. The only other thing I think that needs to be added is direction on what to do with the towels and bed linens that we used. Also, directions for the TV. We would stay here again in the future and would recommend it to anyone...

« When I arrived at the property, I thought the location was sketchy. However, we had zero problems for a 2-night stay. Very close to highway 264, which allows quick access to the airport. The house was clean and neat, with plenty of towels. All the bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that one room included a crib for our little one. The property accommodated 6 adults and 7 children adequately. »

« I think this was our fourth stay at Cedar Lodge.....and we love coming back to it. It's our first choice when we are in the area and need a place to stay. We were in town for a family wedding. My husband, our three adult kids and one significant other all stayed a various number of days. The cabin was clean, has everything we needed, close to family and the venue and in a beautiful location. Very peaceful and beautiful. Owners are very responsive to any concerns or questions. « We really enjoyed our stay. It was such a cute little cabin and every detail seemed very well thought out. And out of all the Vrbos I’ve stayed in, this one had the best cooking utensils stocked in the kitchen. That may seem silly but we cook pretty much every meal we eat so it was a big deal for us.
