The single beds we had were terrible. There was very little support in the mattresses and they really sagged in the middle when you laid on them. The staff found us another room with singles but the beds were just as bad.

l'hôtel super bien située à coter de la gare centrale station U-bahn a coter on peu visiter la ville à pied sans problème petit déjeuner correcte, dommage pas de bouilloire dans les chambres pour ce faire un café. Par contre je suis arrivée à 12h 30 la chambre était déjà libre mais j'ai dû payer 20€ pour pouvoir y accéder de suite ! j'ai trouver cela plutôt déplacée de faire payer pour avoir un accès de suite à la chambre sinon j'aurais dû attendre 15h sinon le séjour était très bien je recommande quand mm cette hôtel

Excellent Hôtel, rapport qualité/prix excellent également. L'Etablissement est situé à proximité immédiate de la Gare centrale de Berlin, ce qui permet de rayonner facilement dans toute la ville et à l'extérieur (zones A, B et C). L'Hôtel est également à proximité du centre-ville (environ 10 min à pied) Reichstag à 6 / 7 min à pied, porte de Brandebourg à 10 min... Petit-déjeuner très copieux et varié, personnel très agréable et professionnel. Je recommande cet Etablissement dans lequel je retournerai si l'occasion se présente.

Tres grand usine* hotel berlinois, a proximité immédiate de la gare mais sans les désagréments que cela peu suciter donc un vrai plus car tres central des activités touristique, les chambres sont standard literie correct mais sans plus, salle de bain mini mais fonctionnelle, petit déjeuner a la hauteur de l infrastructure ni bon, ni mauvais, un point que je trouver dérangeant le test center dans le loby, ainsi se cotoie touriste insouciant sans masque et personne venant se faire tester... avec masque... cela peu s avéré assez déconcertant...

Obwohl der Sommer und damit extrem hohe Temperaturen noch gar nicht eingetreten waren, war es im Zimmer schon sehr sehr warm. Die Klimaanlage konnte diesen Umstand leider nicht kompensieren. Für mich Lebensälteren hätten die Betten durchaus etwas höher (!) und etwas härter sein dürfen. Lage und Personal waren optimal.

Good location. Room size decent. House keeping work - not replacing the used glasses. A bit disappointing. Long queue for check in and check out. Not really amazing. Staff not particularly helpful in accommodating request. No water kettle in room. No coffee / tea / water (except first night).

Close to the train station was a good location. We loved that it was so walkable to the main points of interest and close to the River bank park area. The main lobby bar was very nice to have a drink at the end of the day. Comfortable beds and great shower! Room was a nice size and modern. Lots of storage.
