« Notre séjour a été très agréable. La vue est exceptionnelle et le cadre très calme et reposant. Luca qui nous a accueilli a été formidable. D une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible au cours du séjour pour la moindre question sur la location ou sur les alentours. Nous recommandons cette location dans laquelle nous avons passé un très bon moment. Peut être amélioré : la pose de volets dans la location et le petit frigo qui commence à vieillir. »

« Plenty of room for everyone and stunning views of Lake Como! We enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a day of exploring Varenna and Menaggio. Comfortable beds, and Cinzia was a delight to work with! She provided restaurant recommendations and reservations for us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! « This is a great location in the central lake area. Close enough to to more touristy areas, but more like a local neighborhood. Near to the Lenno boat which has regular service in central lake area. We had 9 adults, 3 couples and 3 singles, and more than enough room for everyone (singles had their own room) Four floors, with parking and sauna room at street level (basement) with an elevator. « 6 of us stayed at Silvia's renovated 4 Bedroom home on the edge of Tremezzina at the end of April ahead of a tour of Emilia-Romagna. Silvia was absolutely great to work with and helped us secure dinner reservations at several nearby (walkable) restaurants as well as set up a lake tour by boat. She made our check-in seamless with the help of her assistant, Signora Caterina, who also came to help with our departure check-out. « Upon arrival, we were greeted to dirty dishes, smelly refrigerator, someone’s laundry in the washer/dryer as well as a lack of cleaning of the property and a number of broken items. « Ho soggiornato solo sei ore su sette giorni prenotati perché ho avuto un problema grave di salute e non mi è stato rimborsato un centesimo su un importo enorme versato. La comunicazione con il proprietario scarsa, le luci dell atrio e del boschetto bruciate quindi risultava inagibile di sera e non in sicurezza. La tv solo in tedesco. Il cinema non ho potuto usufruirlo perché alle mie richieste mi hanno risposto dopo giorni. Pulizia della casa non perfetta. Posizione e panorama stupenda....
