The person who checked me in was great. The room didn’t smell that good but it was clean. The tv volume wouldn’t go up but you could still hear it.

Surprised at the good condition of hotel. Being r8ght.on the Interstate I have stsyed in a lot of bad hotels here. This ones nice.

There was no elevator and the buliding needs some updates. Outside of that everything else was great!

Horrible Stay in Amarillo
The room was horrific with such a horrible smell. Receptionist/front desk people don’t try and tell me the room doesn’t smell horrible. When you walk in a room and can’t breathe, there’s something WRONG. Front desk moved us to another room, which was just as bad. Horrible place, please don’t reserve a room!

Amarillo Hotel
Very friendly clerk. Helpful. Only think on GPS it takes you to the EconoLodge which is the same. Weird, why not change outside name.

Name on property was ECONOLODGE AND NOT SLEEP INN!!!!!! Went around and around hwy I-40 NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL EXPEDIA SHOULD HAVE NOTIFIED ME OF THIS NAME CHANGE!!!!! I would like compensation since I am staying at many SLEEP INN on my road trip

Older, but clean, quiet, safe feeling and right next to Cracker Barrel. But they have an Econolodge sign our front. They ought to at least tape a Sleep inn sign to the door if they are still booked as that.

Just needed a place to rest for a few hours before getting back on the road. Person at service desk was very kind, helpful and quick - much appreciated considering I was checking in at almost 2 a.m.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, the facility was worn out or just outdated. Breakfast consisted of a couple of rotten apples, a stale bagel and outdated cream cheese. Cereal but no milk and instant oatmeal, as long as all you wanted was cinnamon
