« The apartment was clean, spacious and had two bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots and utensils. We did not use the tv so can't comment on that. The location is quiet, and close to the University of Guam which was great for our purpose. Dina responded quickly to my questions, and Queen was available if I needed anything during my stay. »

« I am careful about giving bad reviews but I’m doing this for the property owners to improve. Our expectations were not met. The areas w around the property were filthy and unusable. « The pictures associated with the property are not from the actual property, they are photo shopped. The property was nothing to write home about, but the beds were clean and the bathroom has recently been remodeled. The apartment served its purpose, a place to sleep and shower! It is conveniently centered on the island. Neighbors have about a million chickens that made noise all hours of the night. Property manager was very friendly and easy to work with when we ran into some travel issues....

« When we arrived it seemed a bit sketchy, but this condo served its purpose and was not too far from the Naval base. Bed rooms were super comfortable and clean. This place has so much more potential if a little more updates could be made. The roosters were loud. I had to borrow a fan from my son for white noise and drown out that rooster.
