« The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly - they made a big difference between an average stay and a terrific stay. With separate large master bedroom, large lounge room, kitchen and large bathroom, the apartment (No 7) was very spacious, if anything, a bit too spacious (e.g. 20 metres between bed and WC, 6 metres between couch and TV), but this is not really a complaint - it is always better to be too spacious than insufficiently spacious. My colleague (Mr Klaus Nehyba) in Number 8...

« Lovely place, just off a main road so a handy break in my trip from Poprad Tatry Airport to Hlinne. Staff were friendly and helpful - and they spoke English, which was a definite advantage for me. They also have English menus. My previous stay, somewhere with no English menus or speakers, wasn't pleasant, but this stay was. Before anyone comments. I was in their country so they didn't have to speak English or have English menus - but it helps. »

« L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre-ville, notre chambre était moderne et fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner excellent. Le personnel est très attentif. Preuve en est : notre chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et le lendemain, ils ont réparé la panne du chauffage. Par contre, ce qui pourrait être amélioré, c'est de mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre pour se faire du thé ou du café et mettre également une bouteille d'eau gratuitement à disposition des hôtes. Des petits détails qui comptent ... »

« I had booked for two nights. It's a very strange place, which looks like a brothel actually, with some perfume in the air (and something that looks like Chanel's logo everywhere). I had booked a single room and when I arrived (late, past 10 pm, after a long journey) I had a shower immediately. Then I started considering the room: gloomy! the light was like in an hospital, no bedside light, one switch at the other side of the room, no plugs, and a mess of electric wires under the desk that...
