« スタッフは素朴で善良。 総じて垢抜けてもいないし、おしゃれでもないが、カンェンジュンガを眺めるロケーションは抜群。 シャワーのお湯の出は2人連続使用でも水にならなかったし、水力が弱いというわけでもなく合格点。 エアコンではないが、少々音の大きな温風暖房と湯たんぽで寒さを感じることなく快適に過ごせた。 建物も家具も古いがきちんと掃除され、大切に使われてきたことがわかる。 朝夕の食事はビュッフェ形式で、スープと飲み物が別にサーブされて、カレーが7種類ほどとナンやご飯、サラダやフルーツデザートと一通り揃っていて美味しくいただいた。 有料でも空港からの送迎サービスはないそうで、バグドグラから6~7時間、車の手配は別に行う必要がある。 距離的に何でそんなにかかるのかと思っていたが、国境でのビザの取得や未舗装路が多いためにスピードは30～40ｋｍがせいぜいだし、道路工事渋滞が頻繁に起こるためにたっぷり時間がかかってしまった。 近代化されつつあるシッキム州のまだ純朴な魅力を味わうことのできる内に訪れることをお勧めする。 »

« The hotel was beautiful, an old colonial atmosphere in a very comfortable setting, with great views of Kalimpong. Staff were very attentive and the Indian food in the restaurant was excellent. This was our second visit to the hotel, which we fully recommend and look forward to returning for future trips. »

« The hotel stay was comfortable, service was fantastic and the breakfast spread was awesome. Only issue are rooms on higher floor need a lot of effort to get to. For ppl with some physical discomfort, recommend take an appropriate room. »

« Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die MitarbeiterInnen dieses Hotel lesen den Gästen die Wünsche ab den Lippen. Das Essen und die Aussicht, einfach alles stimmt. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Der Internet empfang ist manchen Zimmer schwach. Ansonsten aber alles super. »

« Room was large and comfortable. Only drawback was the number of flights of stairs necessary to get to it. Hotel was very convenient to get to the Mall and it was on a road that transport could drive up to the front door which is often not the case with other hotels in Darjeeling. »

« Spacious room, quite clean, and everything functional. Very well stocked minibar/fridge, welcome for late arrival. Breakfast buffet quite good. But, the location is not correct as given on the map in the listing. Had selected based on location in listing. That made it a negative experience overall, as it made me late for my morning appointment. »
