« This was by far the best experience I have had staying at a hotel. The service was highly personal and attentive to every detail - especially breakfast each morning was a delight with excellent service by the waiters. Especially would like to Leo and Niwan. « The no-smoking floor rooms are important basic requisite for non-smokers basic rights for fresh air..... TQ. It's a terrible experience for my 5 other friends who had to endure the smoker''s room due to availability.... and they were forced to pay extra for the business rooms on the 5th floor ! »
