« Great staff. Room was modern and clean. The mattress was terrible though - I could feel the springs. The spa and pool were good, and the gym was surprisingly good. The grounds were pretty. »

« Where do I start, staff helpful, rooms filthy (carpet stained, cobwebs everywhere, curtain hanging off rails) like an American motel that needs knocking down and rebuilding. Very strange rooms where there are two doors to get into the room totally pointless. This could be made really nice but needs a lot of money spent on it »

« We like the Sparrow because of its location - near junction of A46 and M6 and it’s quite comfortable as well. We didn’t try the food on this occasion. »

« Excellent value for money.
Communication and access was easy - remember to message for code to lockbox.
Parking was great with loads of secure space out the back.
This place has been recently done up with a nice finish. Everything was really clean including bathroom, bed and kitchenette (except the grey thing on top of the bed had some stains).
Bed was really comfy and fresh.
Location wise it was perfect for what i needed as it was close to the arena and near a lot of shops.
Only downside...

« I asked to change rooms. The first was not great at all and black silicon around base of bath. I moved to a new room, newly renovated. No heating controls, it was very hot. The worst part was the hairs in the bed and unwashed toilet bowl. Was not nice at all. »
