Un établissement au petit soin qui a répondu a toutes nos attentes . Ma femme est tombé malade pendant le séjour, et ils ont fait venir un médecin dans la journée , qui suite à l'explication des symptômes par téléphone et la consultation, avait déjà les médicaments avec lui. Ensuite mon véhicule de location est tombé en panne de batterie . Le personnel de l’hôtel est venu avec des fil et une autre batterie et ils m'ont permis gratuitement de recharger ma batterie . Le wi-fi marche partout dans l’hôtel. Tout est top dans l’hôtel, le seul problème le manque d’infrastructure de Zanzibar qui rend l’accès a l’hôtel difficile car les routes sont en mauvais état .

Horrible experience. In 20 years of travelling everywhere in the world I never had a such disappointing experience as in this hotel. The staff is rude, and they stole my sunglasses that I left in the hotel lobby. The Italian manager claimed that cameras were not working and that they were only able to see the recordings from Stone Town where is situated their headquarter. The cameras suddenly started working when I left the hotel and the manager kept lying again and again claiming that they were not able to see anything on the recordings and refused to refund my sunglasses stolen by the personnel. - The pictures are clearly different than the reality. The beach front of the hotel is full of seaweeds and dirt (plastic bottles, waste...) making it impossible to enjoy it. Also the beach is NOT private at all, the pictures are clearly manipulated, there is a multitude of harassing local men begging for money, harassing women wearing swimsuits and playing football in front of the hotel made it a very uncomfortable experience. - The food was horrible, the menu everyday where as they are always proposing the same food. I had a horrible experience at the breakfast when I opened one of the bread boxes and saw 2 cockroaches inside. - The location is far from everything, very difficult of access (terrible roads) and in a very poor village (Matemwe) where you have to pass by if you want to go outside the hotel. Horrible experience, stay away if you want to have a good experience!

Poor service and not worth the price but location+
Terrible service and not worth the price. The location is beautiful and we had a great time staying in this area but Dreams Bay Bouitique Hotel is in many ways a joke compared to what you pay. Especially the service and partially the rooms (especially the bathrooms) are poor. The staff (apart from one or two members) is super slow, not always friendly and have no ambition. The dining room totally lacks ambiance and the breakfast buffé was more or less empty every morning regardless of when we got their. The main problem is the owner who seems very inexperienced, sometimes were rude, didn’t deliver on promises, hadn’t trainee the straff and didn't step in when there were problems. On the plus side the housekeeping staff were excellent and the beach by the hotel is beautiful. The food in the restaurant is okey but not more than that - and you need to wait 2h+ to get it. With the right management and pricing this can turn into a lovley place over time.

Nuova struttura, Completamente sul mare, molto curato e oasi di completo relax! Una realtà per vivere a contatto con l’isola e i suoi abitanti, lontana dai soliti villaggi stile europeo! Un po' complicata la strada per arrivarci! Ma ne vale la pena!
