We understand that 1 night stay does not allow guests fully understand the philosophy of Monaci and everything our beautiful estate may offer. We are proud to offer our guests plenty of unique experiences, like wine tastings, cooking classes, horse riding, relaxing massages, private tours off-road and many more! Some of the experiences, like Sunrise on the Terrace or Eggs Picking, are also complimentary for our guests! As for the room and its amenities, our Country Boutique Hotel is perfectly and even exceeds other luxury accommodation facilities. However should you have mentioned that you were not absolutely satisfied with your room, we would have certainly found an alternative solution, that would have met your needs best. Rest assured that your comments on the quality of food and vegetable menu are being addressed by our management. Generally we receive many compliments on our cuisine, especially vegetarian dishes based on products from our own organic farm. We will investigate what happened in your experience and will take appropriate measures to avoid these issues in the future. We are sincerely sorry that some aspects of your stay have not met your expectations, should you have mentioned your concerns during your stay, we are certain we would have found a way to make your experience more comfortable and suit your needs best. Please be advised that our central Villa is a historic building, its colour and look reflect the history of our land; it certainly does not need re-painting, its "vintage" look has been reached by constant and careful maintenance and praised by many of our guests, as an important part of its charm and authenticity. Walking our large Sicilian estate with a working Organic Farm is an experience of its own, though for the true ladies that can not reject wearing heels we offer a comfortable pick-up service with our Golf Car. Our Organic Breakfast is served every morning from 07:30 to 10 am, however for guests that need to leave earlier we are always delighted to offer take-away breakfast upon request. Should you have mentioned your departure time to our staff, we would have absolutely made all the necessary arrangements to satisfy your breakfast request, as we normally do for all of our guests. Our guests' comments are highly valuable for us, as they show us, which aspects of customer service might be improved.
