Bravo pour la qualité de finition de la chambre!
Bonjour, Comme j'ai pu vous informer, mon séjour à Zadar était professionnel, puisqu'il s'est agi pour moi d'intervenir à l'Université de Zadar dans le cadre d'un échange d'enseignant ERASMUS. La chambre que j'ai occupée était d'un très grand confort et d'une finition rare. Le seul petit bémol, qui est lié à la situation même de la chambre, à savoir au cœur de la vieille ville de Zadar, est que l'extérieur peut être à certains moments de la journée (surtout en soirée) un peu bruyant. Cela étant, l'isolation phonique intérieur/extérieur était d'une très grande qualité et, lorsque la fenêtre était fermée, ce dérangement était considérablement réduit.

The parking to facility not easy to find and you have to carry some luggage for few blocks. The rooms on 3rd floor, no lift. The manager Inga is excellent.

The apartment was super nice…enjoyed the bath tub after a long day or walking, and the location was very close to everything. Minibar was complementary too which was a nice surprise. Would stay again.

Ingá was a very pleasant hostess. She messaged before we arrived and greeted us on arrival. Don’t let the exterior of the building turn you off, the room was clean and lovely decorated. There is no elevator in the building and our room is located on the second floor, which was not an issue for us, but can be for others. There is paid public parking a few blocks away. Overall we enjoyed our stay which was in a great location in Old Town Zadar, close to many attractions and restaurants.

Pleasant, Friendly & Clean
This property is in the heart of Zadar, easy to walk out and explore the city right away with restaurants and cafes all around. Inga was a phenomenal hostess, she made sure that all the boxes were checked and even took care of me with medicine while I was dealing with some back pain. I would recommend this stay for everyone who wants to have a personal & enjoyable experience downtown!

Prachtige kamer met alle faciliteiten, ontbijten buitenshuis, en omdat je midden in oude historische stad zit 👍, is parkeren aangewezen in de grotere en minder dure plaatsen op 10min wandelen. Ik heb wel gevraagd aan uitbater om douchevloer te behandelen, wegens (veel) te glad.

Beware of Taxi Drivers at airport they want €80 (should be 25-30€ max). Great place and location. However, a lot of stairs and cleaning not included.

The property is in the middle of the old town. Everything was within walking distance. The people were all very nice and helpful. We only stayed one night but next time we will definitely stay longer.

Ein wunderschönes Schmuckstück im Herzen Zadars. Ein wunderschönes Zimmer, stilvoll eingerichtet, mit einer vollen Minibar, mit gratis Verpflegung. Wasser, Saft, Müsluriegel,. Dazu Chips und Kaffee. Die Gastgeberin war herzlich und hat uns mega freundlich empfangen. Sie hat uns wichtigr Tipps gegeben und gute Restaurants empfohlen. Es war wirklich traumhaft!

Es war ein sehr schönes Appartment. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Chefin sehr eine freundliche & sympatische Frau. Es liegt genau im Stadtzentrum. Zum Meer hat man 5min und zum Beach ca. 15min zu Fuss. Das Frühstück ist in einem Hotel, dass ca . 3min weg ist vom Appartment. Super!!! Kann ich nur Empfehlen!

Living like a local inside Zadar’s walls
Beautifully renovated apartment up several flights of stairs (no lift) in an old building in a fantastic location within the walls of the lovely old city of Zadar. Real care and attention has gone into making this a lovely base for exploring the town. Elena and her housekeeper could not have been more friendly or more helpful to us. We arrived early and left late but were able to arrange to leave our baggage there. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Try La Famiglia down stairs for breakfast and Bruschetta for dinner

Right in the middle of the pedestrian area of old town. Elena was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Parking right outside main wall and easy access to flat.

Lovely room & location
The room as very well appointed and the decoration was super. There was a bowl of fruit, granola for the morning, milk, water, cream, coffee, and even some snacks. The bathroom is modern and was very clean. Overall, we loved this place and would stay again. Some things to be aware of however: 1. there is no parking close by. We were lucky to find public parking about 700 meters; it's harder to find spaces before 4pm 2. The unit is on the second floor with no elevator

Good choice for Old Town
Not quite as described on hotels.com (no bathtub, Netflix or ipod stand in our room) but nevertheless it was very comfortable, no expense spared on the decor and there were some nice extras eg everything in the minibar was included. Elena met us at the bus stop and guided us to the room (wouldn't have found it otherwise, so big plus) and the location in the Old Town couldn't be better. Note the 3 rooms are on the second floor, no lift, so not a suitable choice if you can't handle the stairs.

La camera era corrispondente alle aspettative, ma si trovava in un edificio decisamente vecchio, brutto, e fatiscente. Secondo piano, senza ascensore, priva di vista e molto rumorosa.

Right in the heart of Zadar action and very close to the singing stairs. Most gorgeous sunset! Elena was super friendly and the apartment was beautiful and comfortable!

Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Provided us with cereals drinks snacks and fruit every day at no extra cost. Eva was very good and gave us lots of tips and information that helped us enjoy our week more. The only downside is that there is no lift .

쾌활하고 친절한 직원으로 기분좋았던 호텔
사진에 욕조보이는 Deluxe Room에 묶었는데 방,화장실 넓고 ,물 잘나오고 ,위치도 관광중심지에 있어 좋았다. 바로 앞쪽에 마트있고 식당많고,가까운곳에 환률좋은곳도 있었다. 방안에 거울,탁자,의자등 많고 무엇보다 전기코드꼽는곳이 여기저기 많으니 상당히 편리했다.간단하게 씨리얼,우유등 조식으로 먹을수 있게 그릇과 수푼등과 같이 구비되어있고, 과일도 한접시, 다과도 매일 채워줬다. 냉장고에 음료,요플레등도 무료였다. 우리는 조식을 먹겠다하니 근처 제휴되어있는 레스토랑 알려줘 가서 먹고 계산도 거기서 하면 됐었다.엘베가 없어 3층까지 캐리어 끌고 올라가는게 젤 힘들었다.차를 렌트해온 다른한국인보니 짐을 필요한것만 가지고 올라왔다고~그래도 놀다 숙소에 잠깐씩 들어올때도 3층까지 오르내리느라 쉬이 피곤해졌다.그러나 크로아티아 9개도시 묶는중 쉬베니크빼고 엘베있는숙소가 없었으니 특히 관광지내에 묶으려면 큰호텔은 없다고 봐야하니 할수없는일인듯하다.

Horrible stay. Room is very nice but unusable as a sleeping accommodation. Concert loud music until 1am followed by partying until 2am. It is impossible to sleep.

Dear Sir, we are sorry to hear you had a horrible stay. One of the best things regarding Luxury Rooms Kadena is its location. As you now know we are located in the heart of the city center that is 2000 years old, just off the main street and surrounded by cultural heritage, best bars, restaurants and shops in town, for this reason accommodation in this part of the town is among the most expensive ones. Why would anyone book a room in the city center on a Saturday night in the middle of July to go to sleep at 9 pm is something we will not comment. As well we have checked with the restaurant nearby that had the live concert and they have music until midnight and close at 1 am. I am sorry you did not mention how our employee came at 10 o'clock in the morning on a rainy Saturday ( 5 hours before her work time and official check in) to let you in so you can leave your things, arranged your room to be cleaned first therefor ready as soon as possible and gave you detailed instructions for the parking, where to eat, what to do etc. Nevertheless we wish you all the best!
