Confortable; avec quelques bémols
Points positifs : Chambre très propre. Lits très confortables comparativement à plusieurs autres hotels. Piscines intérieure/extérieure ouvertes longtemps de 6:30AM à 11PM. Points négatifs : Wi-fi ne fonctionne pas ou presque pas dans la chambre. Piscines pas très chaudes. Pas de service au restaurant de l'hotel; il faut chercher la serveuse. La moitié des chambres (dont la nôtre) ont une fenêtre qui donne sur la piscine intérieure; et non sur l'extérieur. C'est très bruyant jusqu'à 11PM. Air climatisé très bruyant dans la chambre.

My Husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Bed/pillows were comfy, lots of space for your clothes and shoes, liked that we had a fridge and microwave in room. Room was clean, Air conditioner was noisey, Hallway was real noisey, Cleaning staff yelling down the hallway to one another at 8:30 am. Free breakfast was OK. Same every day. fake eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. I did like the shower pressure and parking was ample. The restaurant/bar was OK. Bar teneder doesn't know how to make a margarita. we did have the Meatloaf and that was good. The location is nice- Pool was ok. there was a kids birthday party when we were trying to go to the pool. so we only stayed 10 minutes. Would stay again. but go out for breakfast.

I did not like the conditions of the room, found it dirty. The rugs needed to be cleaned, needed to ask for room service, towels, toilet paper, needed to ask to fix shower door.

The hotel was a good place to stay while in York. Evening dining was convenient and yummy. However the breakfast was cold and unsatisfactory. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean.

Facility looks good from the outside but inside s old and dated. The rooms were not clean, our bed sheets had hair on them. The bathroom had dirt and hair on the floor and toilet, and the shower was falling apart. Location was ok.

The lobby area and exterior of the hotel are rather immaculate, however the rooms are not. The room that my mother and I were supposed to stay in was not very clean at all. The tiled floor at the entrance and bathroom inside the room were very dirty and had no been mopped in some time. The bed actually had a large bright red area with a hole (resembling a bullet hole) underneath the encased mattress cover. The floors were not vacuumed, the shower head and shower itself were moldy/covered in limescale. Rather than spending money on upgrading the lobby and exterior or the property, renovations and investment in quality cleaning staff should have been made a priority when it came to the rooms.

First let me start by saying that reception personnel were friendly and there never seemed to be a wait time. My big complaint with this hotel is there is only one elevator that is located very far away from most of the rooms...because of that, you are pretty much forced to use the stairs and alternate exits if on the 2nd floor. My room was 240 which is adjacent to the lovely, double metal doors that lead to the stairway. Because of the dog show in town, people were using the stairwell all hours of the night and those doors kept banging and neither myself or my dog were able to sleep for any length of time at a time. This room was also either above or adjacent to the laundry and the noise when the washers were spinning out is very loud in that room. I was there 5 days and am very sleep deprived. I fell on the sidewalk at the corner of the building beyond the entry for the ballroom while I was walking my dog Wednesday evening. The landscaping was all level with the sidewalk except that rounded corner on the backside where there is an approximately 2" difference. I slipped off the edge of the sidewalk, caught my toe on the edges of the sidewalk and landed on my hands and right knee on the concrete injuring the palms of my hands, my knee and probably fracturing my big toe. This made the numerous trips up and down the stairs even harder.

I was in room 121. It had a door that opened into the pool area. The pool closes at 9, but the hotel allows people to hang out in the pool area 24 hours a day. People were in there drinking and talking/yelling/laughing all night. It echoed incredibly loudly into our room. We didn’t sleep at all. I spoke with the front desk. They said they were allowed in there. So there was nothing done. Very disappointing stay. I do NOT recommend!!

Accepted pets. We don’t always travel with pets. Had forgotten there was extra fees involved. Should be good if that was published someplace.

The beds weren’t really comfortable and the toilet keeps making a noise. Had a rough night of sleep which had me pretty tired in the morning but everything else was good
