I stayed here for just over a week. The hotel was always clean and tidy, and the staff were always very polite and helpful.

Osceno. Sono stata malissimo
Soggiorno orribile, Appena arrivara mi hanno assegnato una stanza in un altra struttura fatiscente , con porta che non si chiudeva e appartamento osceno vecchio , in rovina. Ho chiesto spiegazioni del perche' la stanza non corrispondeca alle foto , e si sono giustificati dicendo che era la stanza economy. Mi hanno proposto di cambiare stanza al prezzo di 8000 dh, quando ho saldato gli extra 8000 dh , quasi 20 euro in piu' , mi hanno poi assegnato una stanza al terzo piano con puzza di fumo terrificante. Ho dovuto soggiornare tenendo la finestra aperta in pieno inverno con fuori -2 gradi sotto zero. Orribile ed osceno soggiorno! Mai piu'

Dear guest you initially had booked booked economy type room , which is in our second building but as you didn't like the room, we indroced superior twin you chose that room . Dear guest you don't give right information . In the main building all rooms are no smoke rooms And all rooms are new and refreshed and furniture and matrasses , and beddings.

El alojamiento tiene una parte nueva y otra antigua, a mi me pusieron en la antigua y por lo que pude ver de las habitaciones nuevas, son dos hoteles muy diferentes. El último día tuve que ducharme sin apenas agua y encima fría.

Misleading pics of accommodation
Everything mentioned in the booking was not the accommodation that was presented. Such as AC and TV. The front desk claims that the pics were taken from a new built building but not updated to current booking. I was staying at an older building in the back of the complex. Very upsetting. Front desk isn’t always attended, nor is the communication given by them.

Great stay
Manager was very welcoming and accommodating - the price of the hotel was superb for the cost. She even let us hold our bags as we had a later flight. If I come back to Yerevan I will stay here

Nice and Clean boutigue Hotel
It is a really nice hotel with a very modern design, cosy well-equipped rooms. The bed was super comfortable. We had to get to the airport very early so we spent very little time in the hotel, but we had dinner there and the food was nice and good value for the price. We did not have breakfast due to our early departure, but we got a very early check-in and a very warm welcome. You need to walk to the center for around 20-30 minutes depending on your pace. You can use GG Taxi app if you don't have an Armenian phone number otherwise there are more taxi apps. The only poor thing about the hotel is that they are not calling you taxis and rather try to sell their own services which are in all fairness around 3-4x the local taxi rates. Other than that, I can only recommend the hotel very good value and much nicer than the hotel we stayed in the center.

Nice for the price
Very cheap, no running water for the most of the time I stayed there, but the staff were very friendly and one of them spoke fluent english, and were available at pretty much any time of the night. Decent location, room was very clean but no duvet. Overrall worth it for the price.

You get what you pay for. My room didn’t have WiFi so in order to have a connection with the world of call a cab to the airport I had to go the main lobby. My room also didn’t have an AC which was an absolute hell because it’s hot even at night.

Airport transfers, hot meals, tailor-made tours and a warm family atmosphere await you here. All staff speak Russian as a second language and three speak English. They are committed to family values and have a work/life balance so will work with you to plan excursions in advance so your needs are met and they can still spend time with their children. I had limited time yet saw so much touring with them. There are rooms for every budget, two routers for steady internet and good showers. The very cheapest rooms are incredible value for money - no bunks, your own room and bathroom, all for about the same price as a hostel dorm with a shared bathroom! Excellent. This hotel sells out quickly, so secure your booking early.

Careful: charges extra upon arrival
Careful: asked for extra money for each night or would not give us the room!!! We booked weeks ahead. Shortly before arrival, she wrote that I should cancel because they dont have any rooms available. I didnt see the message, as we were on our way to the hotel. Upon arrival, she asked us for additional (~25 USD), or she would not give us the room (so there were rooms available)... Reason for extra money: she doesnt make enough profit with the prepaid amount booked through hotels.com. Maybe because of a mistake she made, which is not the customers problem. We had to stay there, bc there we not other option on such a short notice. Additionally, she keeps claiming its a 10 Min. walk to the republic square. but its more than 30 Min. You basically have to take a taxi each time to get to and from the hotel. I only booked a hotel outside bc it was cheaper, which now ended up way more expensive. I cannot recommend. However, rooms are nice and clean. AC works but very weak. Wifi is ok.

예레반 중심지에서 약간 떨어져 있긴 하지만 걸어서 20~30분정도 택시타고 700~1000 드람 사이면 도착할 수 있습니다. Yandex 택시를 이용했는데 피크 시간대에는 100~300 드람 더 받더라고요. 제가 알렉스호텔에 6월초에 3일 숙박을 했는데 한창 리모델링 중이었습니다. 제 방은 에어컨을 아직 설치를 안해서 창문 열어놓고 잤어요. 하지만 모든게 새 것들이라서 좋았습니다. 2019년 6월초 기준이니 제 후기를 보는 순간부터는 리모델링이 끝났을겁니다. 가격도 저렴하고 룸 컨디션도 좋아 적극 추천합니다.

A family run hotel offering great value for money. Clean rooms with fast internet and only a ten minute walk from the center of Yerevan. The hosting family were very helpful and Anna the manager speaks fluent english. Also recommend the transfer from the airport the family can offer. Highly recommend.

Отель находится в стадии строительства. Видимо именно этим обусловлена такая низкая цена. Пока полностью отделан первый этаж. Поэтому рекомендую в данном сезоне этот отель только тем, кому в Ереване надо только "ночевать". Ночью совершенно тихо. Уверена, что в следующем году завершится отделка второго этажа и тогда эта гостиница будет иной. Потому что владельцы отеля молодые и очень приятные люди. У них можно заказать трансфер. Анна (владелица и администратор) всегда любезно расскажет вам о городе, нас даже бесплатно отвезла в первый день в центр города. Анна говорит и на русском и на английском языках. В отеле очень чисто, новая сантехника, новые кондиционеры. В маленьком холле есть кулер с водой и кофе-аппарат. Мы в центр города ходили пешком, общественным транспортом не пользовались, хоть рядом находится автобусная станция. До центра примерно 1.8 км. Достаточно близко находится коньячный завод Арарат. Там есть фирменный магазин. Заранее можно заказать экскурсию на завод. Соотношению цена-качество отель в данный момент отвечает на 100 %%.
